Yo tenía el mismo error.
Puse una USB booteable con Windows 10, Seleccione para arrancar desde ella como que voy a formatear. Inicia y cuando carga el idioma a configurar, presionas la tecla Shift + F10 y sale la pantalla de CMD. Escribes las palabras bcdboot c:\windows y se tarda un rato y da un error. No hay problema, sales con la palabra EXIT y exit hasta salir, luego ESC Y se reinicia y ya está! FUNCIONÓ

Gentlemen, it works.
To restart the PC after running the command just write the command "exit" and you'll have a box to turn off the PC. Then remove your windows pendrive. Start again. And you're golden!
