I have been watching your videos for 15 years and I have always appreciated your reviews on not only budget guns but quality guns with an honest opinion thanks for so many years of content
As an Oregonian who now is stuck carrying 10 rounds or less, most of my pistols became obsolete overnight as a carry option. Most of my wife and Is pistols are chambered in 9mm or revolvers 357/38 spl. I personally like 40 cal/10mm but with the new law both of us went out and bought .45s. Thinking being if your going to take away our capacity, probably should make it up ballistically. Now of course we got a lot of training to get out skill sets up to par with the 9mm we're used too, but other then moving off the entire west coast, not left with many other options.
Yeah I bought mine during the rebate also and I know o got it for around 300.00 in another post I said 325.00 but I believe it was more around 300.00 either way awesome deal!!
My tritium front night site fell off in under 200 rounds. What a piece of crap. Paid more for the trijicon option Shield and now I have to pay for night sites AGAIN.
Been carrying this gun for almost 2 years now....love it.I have at least 1800 rounds through it with zero malfunctions.Feels great in the hand,is accurate and recoil isn't that bad like most would think. Its hard to carry a bigger gun like a double stack once you've gotten used to carrying this gun( concealed)
The S&W Shield is one of the best carry pistols produced, in my opinion and experience with them. When somebody says "CQC handgun" or "close combat pistol", I think of the Shield. Easily deployable in a variety of carry positions, including ankle, IWB, or shoulder. You can even use the pistol as an extension of your fist if you need to subdue a violent assailant with less-than-lethal force once you have passed the legal threshold of shooting.
I own one, great trigger, well above average accuracy with whatever I put in it, feeds well with off the shelf ammo and hand loads alike, spot on grip angle. I find myself going to it more than the others while at the range. I really like it.
Great gun I just picked up a performance center 45 ACP with ported barrel, super trigger, it handles like a dream, hardly any kick and very accurate. I had a Springfield single stack when they first came out and sold it the damn thing beat me up,73 year old hands this gun is great.
I just bought one for my son for $412. We shot it and were shocked that the recoil was not harsh. The muzzle flash at night is a good bit worse than my everyday carry 9mm Shield. The trigger is improved over what my stock 9mm Shield was, but is not nearly as good as the flat faced Apex kit now installed in my 9mm Shield. The reset click is loud and much improved on the new 45. Also, we both like the new grip texture. All in all we love the gun. l
I have an S&W M&P in .40 cal. I like that pistol very much, and my wife can handle it. Glad to see they've come out with a .45-I might buy that & give the .40 to my wife.
i just purchased the m&p p.c. .45. what a sweet c/c. Thin, light, and packs a wonderfully controlled punch. Awesome trigger, fiber optic sights pop for awesome target acquisition, ports assist with remaining on target and really nice grip. I recommend taking one for a ride...you wont regret it.
I had the shield 9mm with talon grips and just recently got the shield 45. Talon grips are great but they just don't hold up compared to the stippling on the shield 45. Smith and Wesson did an amazing job.
The only problem with this grip is that, with some holsters, it kind of digs into your back a bit if you're carrying it in a waist holster in the small of your back... That's my only complaint about this gun so far, but it might also just need a different kind of holster, but I like minimal but workable for what I use...
+sootch00 great video been waiting to see the 45acp shield . Looks great so for from the videos iv seen. how well do's it conceal ?? I carry a keltec 380 right know
O4 HEMI look for something bigger not a fan of 9mm. Was think of a revolver but I been waiting to see shild in 45 acp do to how the 9mm felt in my hand
My wife had the .40 Shield and we got the new Performance Center .45 ACP. We are shooting SIG V-Crown for carry and standard SIG FMJ for the range. The pistol and grip are flawless on the range. All shots were in tight groups. Highly recommend
JUST Purchased a m&p shield. I'm a big guy with big hands. I loved it. fits me perfectly no issues and I have put 200 rounds through it so with no isues with different ammo. I highly recommend this firearm
I have mad respect for youtubers that actually DECLARE that they were provided the unit for review, be it flashlight, firearm, peripheral, or other electronic device, software, etc... So thank you thank you for keeping that standard going. :) :) I have no problems with review copies, etc.. it's just really helpful to actually know. I think it's so insanely dishonest when people don't declare it.
I bought a s&w m&p shield 9mm from a friend he had it for less than a year only took it to the range and feed a clip though it so it was pretty much brand new for $250 and I love it I'll buy it agin any day.. I like it better than the glocks I own.
I live in Texas, and do not wear an undershirt in the summer, until I bought my Shield 45, and the grip sandpapered my side. I found a solution in the Hogue handall beavertail grip sleeve made specifically for the Shield 45. After a brief but mighty struggle to pull over grip I am very happy. Rubber as good a grip as stippled. Comfort with no undeshirt. I bought Shield 45 to get biggest bang for the size, and shoot 230gr +p for same reason, and the hogue handall grip absorbs extra recoil impulse. Final bonus is that the grip has slight palm swell, and moves finger back a fraction on trigger, resulting in even more natural pointing.
I have the PC version of the 45 Shield. I put TFX-Pro sights on it for hi-viz and tritium night time transition. I believe that although no other 45 acp is more accurate than the G30, that this Shield is a must for CCW due to its lighter weight, better egos, smaller dimensions and equal reliability. This gun and my Kahr PM9 are now my two favorite carry pistols as a retired 27 yr police officer. I also like my G42-380 and my Kahr P380. This development of this Shield in 45 acp was a great move in the right direction for S&W and will definitely encourage the carrying of 45 acp now that the single-stack craze is all the rage...might as well go with 45acp- 230 gr over a 9mm is the difference is only one round. Anyway...as usual great review!!
I really enjoy your videos, and this is no exception. I'm still gonna purchase a Shield 9mm, but great to have the info on the 45. Thanks for all you do!
Got my Shield 45 last Tuesday....what a joy....even fit's perfect in my Foxx Shield 9 kydex holster....great cc weapon....shoots like a dream....S&W did a fantastic job with the recoil spring in this new gun because the recoil is so mild for a 45.
I'd have to agree. I like Hickok...but I find myself going to his channel just because of his variety of guns and not the reviews. Sootch really "reviews" the gun. He goes into specs, details, pros and cons etc.
Sure would like to see a "Plus" version w 10 or 10+1 capacity ! Excellent pistol tho" as is. If gluck can do it (30S model), I Know S&W can ! Come on S&W !
i took my shield 45 first time to the range and i was impressed very smooth and not Snappy. i have m&p 9c, glock 30sf and shield felt the best in recoil. trigger was much better compared to Shield 9 and 40 and only paid $375. i fired 200 rounds without any problem and no misfire.
Palmetto State armory has some incredible deals on the whole line of M&P Shields, I just purchased a 45 and got the $75.00 rebate from Smith &Wesson , thanks for the informative video !
HELLZ YEAHH THE XD SPRINFIELD LINE IS SOO KIKASS, my daughter has the sub compact 45 acp, it's a real nice pistol, I need to get a hold of it and do a COMPARISON SHOOTOUT BETWEEN HER XD AND MY TAURUS MILLENNIUM PRO PT145 10 SHOT 45 ACP?
I put a hogue rubber sleeve grip on mine honestly under a t-shirt the sandpaper style texture just rubs me raw. Also the grip felt a little thin and the palm swells added by the rubber helped it fill my hands. Great trigger, mine needed some break in. But I got it $320 out the door.
I carry the Taurus PT145. To me it is one of the best options for 45acp on the market Its size, reliability and 10+1 capacity is by far the best you can find on the market today for its price. Recoil is minimal and trigger pull is great as well.
+Mr. Frog Absolutely not! This is a top of the line pistol for a reasonable price. Glocks are high price for a low quality unappealing pistol. Apparently a gun can only be good if it cost 3 times as much then its really worth.
Smith and wesson is really doing a great job these days. I went on a diet and lostc15 lbs i have no problem carrying a glock 21 or my fnx 45 in iwb holster i am 77 and i can shoot my glock 36 but after about 25 rounds my arm is saying no more please dont seem to have the problem with the larger 45s thank you for video you do a great job
I bought my M&P 45 about a year ago for CCW and loved it.. This is coming for a Glock fan.. After about 700 rounds I started having problems with it misfiring.. Customer Service at S&W was great no questions asked free shipping return.. I'll comment further upon return and firing of weapon.. BTW, great review
I love this 45 Shield. It's accurate, and believe it not, soft shooting. The one down side is the extra cost of 45 ACP. But, otherwise, the 45 version blows away the 9 mm Shield.
Thanx for re-instilling my faith in the Shield Sootch. I've tried carrying a few others in a 40 cal. but it is by far THE most comfortable, all day long don't even know its on. Saves the sore hip..really!.A little small for big hands but you get used to it. No safety on mine. 165 grn. Hornady Critical Defense. yea
Just took mine to the club range today for the first 100 rounds.. . At 7 yards the sights are right on. The accuracy was amazing. I'm still learning but I did some groupings that I have never before been able to do... Practice Practice. ANyway, the recoil was extremely managable and to be honest not an issue at all. It has become my new EDC, so now to honor it with a good leather on the belt pancake style holster. Thanks for the review sootch00! This weapon is extremely fun to shoot.
Great review. I shot one yesterday at a local range and loved it. I was expecting it to have a lot of recoil but it was not bad at all. The new grip texture makes it surprisingly easy to control and get back on target.
I own the S&W M&P Shield.45 2.0 and yes the stippling grip is brutal. I cannot speak of talon grips but I ordered and installed Hogue grip on my Shield & what a huge improvement!!! Better recoil & better comfort & control!!! Great video!! Yes subscribed!!!! God bless!!!🇱🇷🇱🇷
I just bought a Shield 45 Friday, I shot it Saturday and it didn't hae near the recoil I thought it would. So far I really like it and I am going to make it my EDC for a while.
Found one today at my LGS for $414.00. Yes, I brought it home. Put 100 rounds of Blazer through it without any issues. The recoil was very minimum (actually surprised me). Nice gun. As always thanks for the vid scotch00.
I don't even live in America and where I live you aren't allowed to carry guns. I just watch these videos because it's os relaxing to listen to the voice of this dude xD
Yeah , there's a little Hottie named Payton doing ASMR that sucks and licks the mic. like a pro, puts you right to sleep after you pound your Pud, Ha,ha,ha !!!!
@ MrOkaron ; If an intruder tries to break into your hut in the middle of the night , just turn the volume up to 10 while Don or Hickok are dumping a mag. rapid fire, Ha,ha,ha !!!
I cannot imagine living in a place where there is no way for me to defend myself and my family. Thank God that I live in America, where I am one of 17 million people who are licensed to carry a loaded, concealed firearm the same as I carry my wallet every single day. In fact I carry the S&W M&P .45 Performance Center Shield. God bless the Second Amendment.
I love this gun,, I Conceal Carry a .45 on a daily basis and have done so with Shield as well as an Officer's Model 1911. It is incredibly compact and fits a variety of holsters depending on your style of carry. Nice vids.
I carry the .45 Shield as well!! I just bought me a Ruger Commander SR 1911 .45 and man I love it!!!! Not shot it yet. I will be carrying it as well with a good leather holster and belt!!!!
This is going to be my next purchase. I carry the shield 9 now, but in my opinion, if you can get the same sized pistol but with a much larger bullet and only sacrifice one round of capacity, then why the heck not do it? Yes I know, so many guys will argue that the ballistic gel tests show that 9 mm is a more effective self-defense round, but I just think that's a matter of opinion. For me personally, if the shield 45 is almost identical in size and weight to the shield 9mm, then why not go with a much larger bullet? But that's just me
Thank you very much for this. I just picked up the S&W M&P 45 Shield today. After reading the manual, I decided to check out some RUclips videos. Very helpful and informative. Thanks again.
These big bore single stacks fell out of favor but I just bought a Shield 45 because I like hiking and walking backroads and have actually come across wild dogs, hogs and even black bear before. I like the idea of having 8 rounds of 45 in a nice, slim package that I can wear in a pair of shorts and throw a t-shirt over.
Former LEO purchased M&P 45 after review by Hickok45 and your excellent video. Just subscribed to your channel as you are very professional and comprehensive while doing your previews. Good job!
I was going to buy another Glock - a G36 ....but looked at this and ..........well ......I just love it .....and it was cheaper. It has a nice trigger right out of the box. Shot it about 5 times now and had one problem ....and it was an ammo problem - not the shields fault at all.
I got mine this week and have put a little over 200 rounds through it, mostly 230 FMJ's but some 230 +P HST's as well. All I did was take it out of the box, lube it up and shoot it. No malfunctions of any kind and accuracy was great, even out to 25 yards standing. To me, recoil is about the same as a 40.
I think I need one of these!!! I held and fondled one the other day at my LGS. The trigger has really been improved over the older model. Size is perfect for me. The 9 mm was a bit small in the grip while inserting and removing the magazine, it would hang up on my palm. This one is just a little bigger/longer and don't get caught on my hand/Palm. Love your reviews, keep the great work! The bloopers are great!!
My EDC is a Shield 9, Tru Glo NS, Magguts springs kit in 3 mags,(8rnd to 9rnd) +1, Apex duty trigger kit. Seriously fantastic! One of my biz partners just purchased herself one as well. Well done. I have the Shield 45 and actually like it more than my 9mm. lol
Another great video as always my friend. It is time for my wife to upgrade from her current constitutional carry she fondly refers to as "Poppy" the purple Ruger. Any pros and cons for the S&W M&P Shield compared to the Walther CCP (besides caliber) for the female carrier in the corporate world? Are there any notable points (both positive and negative) that your wife has made regarding the everyday carry of her Shield? Apologies if this final question is too personal, but does she mainly carry on her person or in her purse? Thanks again for the hard work and passion you put into all your videos. Take care brother.
Thanks for the review Sootch! Just picked one up here in MA where they just recently became available as compliant for our tyrannical state and can't wait to get it to the range and start carrying it! Keep up the great work!
My first EDC was a Taurus Millennium Pro PT145. It was a compact 10+1 .45acp. Being striker fired, it eventually began having FTFs. But the reason why I sold it, was because I shot at a tree stump once. The bullet deflected, tumbled thru the air and landed at my feet, still spinning. The bullet was perfect, not even damaged. .45acp out of a 3" or less barrel is ridiculous. Probably like 700fps. .45acp needs a full sized frame, full length barrel.
I have a .45 Shield and love it!!! I also carry a 9mm Springfield Armory XD-9mm subcompact and I absolutely love it too!!! I actually rotate I carry my .45 one week and my 9mm the opposite week!!!
I have the regular M&P .45 compact 2lb trigger (many different internals), and the regular 9mm compact, and I love them both. I have a little larger hands, so I love how you can adjust the grips to fit. The trigger pull is awesome, I haven't had any problems with either weapon.
Beretta isn't the only gun maker to relocate because of gun control laws. Remington shifted jobs to Alabama last year from New York, where the company has been making guns for nearly 200 years. New York state law limits capacity to 10 rounds.
NY (and CA) limits capacity to 10 rounds because they are following UN mandates, not the US Constitution. The Bill of Rights has served our republic quite well for over 200 years. Why the sudden push-- in both parties-- against the 2nd Amendment? Because our government under both parties has purported to subordinate itself to the UN, even though the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. All those anti-gun media stories/hoaxes? That's "04.30 Raising awareness of the need for small arms and light weapons control." Interesting that there is no text published about what that means or entails. Consider that our mass media-- including this website-- are foreign controlled. Gun owners and patriots: read every word of every document on this link www.smallarmsstandards.org
They will probably never be allowed to leave from where they are located due to the government investing in them and bunkerizing them for wartime production of firearms.
I'm a hickok45 fan too, but this is the first of your video's that I have seen & now I'm also a fan of you! Great job, lots of good information presented really well!
Extremely well done video. Every detail described nicely. Video flowed from point to point in describing the pistol. Your manner in presenting is great. Never rushed or hurried. Have the 9mm Shield myself. Was glad S&W resolved the grip texturing issue. Always felt the 9mm Shield felt a bit slippery as much as I enjoy the 9mm. Thanks for posting.
I have been watching your videos for 15 years and I have always appreciated your reviews on not only budget guns but quality guns with an honest opinion thanks for so many years of content

So now that your pistols are no longer legal, what options do you have for them?
People are very stupid and keep voting Democrat...
I thought that was done away with already in court?
Judged by 12 or carried by 6?
Don't ask. Don't tell.
Bought one at Cabela's....with $75 rebate!....Got night sights and 3 mags...$300!....great deal!
Dan Caron damn that’s a deal! I’d buy one for that price.
That's a God damn steal. I'll take two please lol.
Whoa. I thought I got a good deal yesterday at Cabela’s $399 for M&P Shield 2.0 w crimson laser.
2500 rounds through my EDC 45 shield, 3 years, no malfunctions, apex trigger, lighter than my kimber pro carry yet smoother to shoot.
Just purchased one for $299 ($224 after S&W $75 mail-in rebate) from Palmetto State Armory. Can't wait to pick it up from my FFL.
The S&W Shield is one of the best carry pistols produced, in my opinion and experience with them. When somebody says "CQC handgun" or "close combat pistol", I think of the Shield. I personally carry the S&W M&P Shield.45 loaded with Federal HST 230 grain +P JHP. Excellent performance with this HST!!
Great gun I just picked up a performance center 45 ACP with ported barrel, super trigger, it handles like a dream, hardly any kick and very accurate. I had a Springfield single stack when they first came out and sold it the damn thing beat me up,73 year old hands this gun is great.
Is it the 2.0 or the other one?
I just bought one for my son for $412. We shot it and were shocked that the recoil was not harsh. The muzzle flash at night is a good bit worse than my everyday carry 9mm Shield. 300 rounds now hardball and hollow point with no issues. My new EDC pistol.
shoulda got the .45 long slide shield
No you shoulda got what you got and I love my shield 45 too
Any reviews with the Shield 2.0?
I have an S&W M&P in .40 cal. I like that pistol very much, and my wife can handle it.
Glad to see they've come out with a .45-I might buy that & give the .40 to my wife.
i just purchased the m&p p.c. .45. what a sweet c/c. Thin, light, and packs a wonderfully controlled punch. Awesome trigger, fiber optic sights pop for awesome target acquisition, ports assist with remaining on target and really nice grip. I recommend taking one for a ride...you wont regret it.
Just bought my first gun yesterday. I got the SW 9mm shield. Great video. New subscriber.!
Wandar Woman Excellent caliber for your Shield . I also have the 9 mm . Would not want any other caliber. Enjoy.
I have the 9mm but I will get the 45 as well
Wewwww 😍
Nice choice.
I love my two shields!
I sure hope S&W upgrades the whole shield line to this new grip texture. Its like night and day difference.
+David Fletcher yess! glock 19 size m&p. please!!!!
Just add the talon grip, no problem
monsterman27 it's like you predicted the future guy. nice call
Smith and Wesson has become the best bang for buck in the handgun world.
The reviews on this pistol are so overwhelmingly positive, I had to order one.
not even a shield fan just enjoy your videos...another great one
Thanks Brother!
+sootch00 sootch you can get a multicam stock for your socom 16 if you like it! springfield makes it
+sootch00 great video been waiting to see the 45acp shield . Looks great so for from the videos iv seen. how well do's it conceal ?? I carry a keltec 380 right know
+James Pugh that thing is going to be pretty big compared to a 380 lol the shield 9mm is quite a bit bigger than my kahr pm9 let alone the 45
O4 HEMI look for something bigger not a fan of 9mm.
So after watching this vid I am a proud owner .. Extremely happy with my purchase. Thanks for the great review on it .
JUST Purchased a m&p shield. I'm a big guy with big hands. I loved it. fits me perfectly no issues and I have put 200 rounds through it so with no isues with different ammo. I highly recommend this firearm
i have a shield 9 that i stippled with a soldering iron in 5 mins. came out fantastic...another great video by sootch

My favorite EDC for the last 3yrs, flat shooter, manageable recoil, easy to conceal. Come on Smith & Wesson make a shield plus version already!!😩
If they make it, I’ll buy one too.
I bought a s&w m&p shield 9mm from a friend he had it for less than a year only took it to the range and feed a clip though it so it was pretty much brand new for $250 and I love it I'll buy it agin any day.. I like it better than the glocks I own.
Very good video , very informative and easy to understand ... thank you. God bless our country and those who love it 🇺🇸
I live in Texas, and do not wear an undershirt in the summer, until I bought my Shield 45, and the grip sandpapered my side.

1 million Shields in 4 years? That's amazing, really happy for S&W. They have a bright future
Those kids are going places.
Also good to know that so many people are CHL and defending themselves.
Love S&W...but Taurus took a huge chuck of the concealed market away from S&W and everyone else...
I carried a Taurus slim 709 for almost a decade. Perfect little pistol I'm my opinion.
I have the PC version of the 45 Shield. I put TFX-Pro sights on it for hi-viz and tritium night time transition. Anyway...as usual great review!!
I have the 9mm shield and I love it. I'm excited to see this in the .45 ACP!
I just recently bought a 45 shield with night sights and fluted barrel, one of the best guns I have ever carried. The performance series is awesome.
I really enjoy your videos, and this is no exception. I'm still gonna purchase a Shield 9mm, but great to have the info on the 45. Thanks for all you do!

Hey Sootch, I think you and Hickock have the best reviews.
Harold McDaniel I think so also
I'd have to agree. I like Hickok...but I find myself going to his channel just because of his variety of guns and not the reviews. Sootch really "reviews" the gun. He goes into specs, details, pros and cons etc.
Yep, I agree! 👍👍
Agreed, Love them both! Though I do like Iraqveteran8888 and Gunblastdotcom as well, between the 4 channels all your questions should be answered!
I think Paul has the best reviews
Sure would like to see a "Plus" version w 10 or 10+1 capacity ! Excellent pistol tho" as is. If gluck can do it (30S model), I Know S&W can ! Come on S&W !

Thanks for the review! Just jumped on to the shield 9mm ver 1 band wagon and am super happy! Need to try the 45 as it is one of my favorite calibers
Palmetto State armory has some incredible deals on the whole line of M&P Shields, I just purchased a 45 and got the $75.00 rebate from Smith &Wesson , thanks for the informative video !
That texturing is the greatest thing ive ever used, coming from a px4 the shield is a dream.
I love my 45 Shield...I added the 380 EZ and a 9mm EZ too.
Thank you for the video and instructions I love my S&W M&P 45 Shield Pistol. I like your video and all the details.
I think you're the man Sootch. Thanks for the great videos. I look forward to them from both of your channels.
I have 900 rounds through mine so far and haven't had a single malfunction. ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!
I'm a staunch fan-boy in the "Croatian Brotherhood", but S&W was smart to come out with a competitor to the XDs 45ACP.
The XD IS LIKE A GLOCK......BUT FOR MEN!!! BWA HA HA!!
Yes Hogue grip is fantastic on the .45 Shield!!!!
I carry the Taurus PT145. To me it is one of the best options for 45acp on the market Its size, reliability and 10+1 capacity is by far the best you can find on the market today for its price. Recoil is minimal and trigger pull is great as well.
Taurus is cheap junk
+Mr. Frog Absolutely not! This is a top of the line pistol for a reasonable price. Glocks are high price for a low quality unappealing pistol. Apparently a gun can only be good if it cost 3 times as much then its really worth.
+Kevin Jordan Glock is low quality? Since when? I can see the where you could say not very appealing. But quality?
+DeeJay90 Quality wise glocks are middle of the road nothing spectacular about a glock as far as quality is concerned..
Lol someone is in denial🙄
2 cases through my performance center version, no malfunctions. It is my EDC.
I was surprised, that looks like it has surprisingly manageable recoil
It is very manageable. It's smoother to shoot than the .40 shield
Good Video, I just bought one of these in 45 I already had the 9mm they are good lil guns very reliable and easy to shoot I like both a lot!
165 grn. Hornady Critical Defense. yea
This is a very capable weapon in the right hands it will keep you safe. Get a fast - load. it's not easy and my thumb's a healing.' NO B.S.
I really like my 9 mm Sheild!! Might need this 45 too!
My Monday - Friday carry is the .45 M&P Performance Center Shield, with Tritium night sights. No safety. Sweet gun.
Great review. I shot one yesterday at a local range and loved it. I was expecting it to have a lot of recoil but it was not bad at all. The new grip texture makes it surprisingly easy to control and get back on target.
you are the BEST ,nobody i mean nobody does a gun review like you thanks
S&W rebate till June 30 for $75. Nets to $272 after GrabAGun $339 w/shipping. I'm in.
You either have some serious recoil control skill, or that tiny compact terror handles recoil way better than I thought it would.
I just bought a Shield 45 Friday, I shot it Saturday and it didn't hae near the recoil I thought it would. So far I really like it and I am going to make it my EDC for a while.
Bit of both I'm betting.
You hear that Don!?! Your voice puts people to sleep.LOL
I find that Hikok45's voice is rather soothing to me!
The M&P 45 Shield i got for my CCW carry awesome, thanks you sootch00 for your great videos.
Mark Dunavant I like mine as well.
Got mine yesterday absolutely love it
Love your channel and your reviews so keep up the good work!
I carried a .45 as an off duty weapon my entire law enforcement career. I just purchased this Shield 45 and I couldn’t be happier. JoeZ
But that's just me
Absolutely!! I love my .45 M&P Shield!!!! It’s my #1 EDC pistol
Thank you very much for this. I just picked up the S&W M&P 45 Shield today. After reading the manual, I decided to check out some RUclips videos. Very helpful and informative. Thanks again.
Thumbs up sootch! Always good content!
Thanks for the help. I'm in the market for a concealed sidearm
Thumbs-up. Long Live the Republic
Will you do a Glock 36 vs Shield 45 comparison?
did you watch the video...???
Thanks for the video ! I will try to trade in my Xds !
Think you can do a review on the Palmetto State Armory 1911?
that would be nice or the Rock Island 1911 10mm
My EDC is a Shield 9, Tru Glo NS, Magguts springs kit in 3 mags,(8rnd to 9rnd) +1, Apex duty trigger kit. Seriously fantastic! One of my biz partners just purchased herself one as well. Well done.
I have the Shield 45 and actually like it more than my 9mm. lol
Thumbs up for Hickok45. ~_^
He says every gun is good it's fun to watch him shot for a while but that's about it
looks like a winner. I will wait for one without a thumb safety.
Keep up the great work!
.45's are in.....I just bought the PPQ .45.
You're a forester? That's awesome. I'm currently attending school studying Forestry.
+Andrew L yep. Went to forestry school in the 70's in NC
I'll have to check out your channel. I'm studying in eastern OH right now.
+molon labe Not yet. Gotta buy a holster for it.
Any news on a performance center 45 shield?
Matt Delmonico they just released a bunch of new 4 inch performance center models.
I love my 45 shield I also have the performance center 9mm but have been carrying the 45.
I have a .45 Shield and love it!!! I also carry a 9mm Springfield Armory XD-9mm subcompact and I absolutely love it too!!! I actually rotate I carry my .45 one week and my 9mm the opposite week!!!
What would you prefer to carry the 9mm or the .45 acp shield?
Considering it's a single stack, I prefer the 45 ACP.
+sootch00 HI can you do a ar15 build on a Anderson lower. love your videos keep on doing them
Prefer 9mm-better follow ups, more rounds, lighter, apparently smaller pistol plus better ballistics out of a short barrel.
+ray hanes you should make some videos and do a Anderson lower ar15 build
David Vasquez was that a joke.
I have the regular M&P .45 compact 2lb trigger (many different internals), and the regular 9mm compact, and I love them both. I have a little larger hands, so I love how you can adjust the grips to fit. The trigger pull is awesome, I haven't had any problems with either weapon.
I want one in 10mm
Go tell your mommy
.50 AE or you're a sissy. Lol. Jk
454 Casull for me
to match your johnson length
I handled one today at Cabela's; fantastic feel, weight and size
Won't buy another S&W until they leave Ma!!!!!!!!!!! (And I love S&W:-)
They can move up north to NH, we'll take them! MA is just a disgrace
Berreta moved from Maryland to Tennesee. money.cnn.com/2016/04/12/news/companies/beretta-gun-factory-tennessee/
Great job, lots of good information presented really well!
just picked one up for $224.99 after rebate.
Rob Banta nice man. And I thought I got a g9od deal on mine at 360 and 320. I have 2
Extremely well done video.
