    Just found your channel! Is there a website with this info? For some reason the video is small and I can’t see the infographics or food ideas. Right now I am trying to increase my protein but my fibre is falling off so I’m trying to do both! I also follow an antihistamine diet so I’m trying to incorporate your advice with my strict diet 😊

    You need to check what you are saying lol.. 250 gm of protein per meal? Are you ok?!

      I was unclear - 225-250g of lean meat per meal, which would be 40-60g of protein :)
