🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 New subscriber! I just watched 6 of your videos in a row and it felt like I was finally getting answers I have been scouring the internet and my community to find!!! Yes, similar experience to the BC and antibiotics, poor and high carb diet, and healed it but then had 3 babies and adrenal fatigue hit HARD. I cannot wait to adopt new practices. Thank you for providing such impactful information in digestible bits. 👏🏼
Amen and thank GOD for your teaching!!! You are SPOT on ♥️ All Schools and Universities need your teaching ❤and replace the horrible vending machines with real nutrition!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉
thanks a lot sooz I'm from India after following your guidance my mom type 2 diabetes(insulin resistance) is better now and her daily glucose reading now slowly decrease and also reduce belly fat little bit within 3 days 🙏 you awesome
@@Coach_Sooz amazing i found you and you are also in Alberta. I have fibromyalgia never tried malate but i just ordered it. I have been taking oxide for constipation and glicinate for sleeping. Your videos are so helpful thank you 😊
@@Coach_Sooz no, I haven’t been to a doctor in a few years. I didn’t have health insurance for a long time (I’m in the US 🤪). I do finally have insurance now, I just don’t know which doctor to go to… it’s so hard to find a good one! (Especially one open to being keto.) I know I should get some basic bloodwork done, so I’m looking for a doctor. I’m almost 50. I’ve always had bad cramps and just get through it on acetaminophen and ibuprofen. GYN checks in the past always came back good and clear, though. I’ve also had terrible weight gain the past few years, I’m sure it’s a combo of perimenopause and stress (after the dealing with the ‘rona fiasco, then went through a major hurricane, house repairs, job loss, etc).

Which magnesium is better?
@@PouraniiEskandari-cq5jm It depends! I think in general magnesium malate, citrate and threonate are great.

Love your experience and knowledge.
What about magnesium glycinate?
Once a month for about 3-4 days, I have to take acetaminophen and ibuprofen to survive my cramps and function to go to work… any suggestions? 😩
@@capimages hi! I would definitely need more information. Have you done bloodwork or seen a medical professional?

Lots going on here. Electrolyte imbalance is common keto. DM me on Instagram so I can gather more info or keep watching my content if it helps :)
