The 'basic' Rock Island NAS and the sherried Rock Island NAS are both great little whiskies too, if you ever have the chance of getting your hands on them. Enjoying the calendar this year, btw.
I guest it. I actually picked up my first bottle here in NZ from liquormart for only $150. The nose is very distinctive. I have two back up bottles because of the value. I think the last two available bottles are still available from whiskeyonlin. Top dram and well picked! Woof woof!
Pleased to find another fan of this whiskyguidedog. At $140 nzd it is brilliant. I currently have it second in my best drams of the year list (I know it's been out for ages, but I only got on to it this year, so it's new to me)
