I love how you can absolutely tell that she worships this dish. In new Mexico we also grill zucchini, or pan fry then. except we call them calabacitas and they're often cut in rounds rather than thin strips.
In Italy we cut them in a round shape or thin stripes, we fried without butter or with it, we have many recipes with zucchini.

A pesto made with sun-dried tomatoes is called "red pesto" it's good with the pasta and also on the top of the zucchini, good idea!
A light miso paste could also be yummy!

Tanto tempo p dar uma receita tão simples! A Rainha das Massas está perdendo o timing, e além disto SS suas palavras deveriam ser legendadas, pois seu ingênuo é dos melhores. Nesta receita, p exemplo, faltou a parte em que ela enrolaram as abobrinhas, tb se as pôs no forno p completar a cocção (cottura). Vamos melhorar isso, bela senhora ?
