A tip from Sicily: try using the eggplants cut into slices, and arrange them on the pasta, only when it is on the plate.

Dear Pasta Queen & Pasta Bro … When I stayed in Rome for a month with my best friend’s mamma, she cooked us an eggplant dish that included peppers and garlic and olive oil and (I think) olives - but no pasta. It was DELICIOUS - especially for dipping bread. Is this a dish that sounds familiar - and if so, could you PLEASE show us all how to make it one day? THANKS❣️❣️❣️
