Pasta Grannies enjoys Graziella's pasta alla norma from Sicily

Several different pasta shapes can be served 'alla norma'. Here Graziella makes tagghiarini, the Sicilian word for tagliatelle. Her traditional version is super simple and relies on good ingredients - it's probably the best 'alla norma' I've ever tasted.
