This is what happens when you don't set limits. This is also the reason to remove, can't, never and not from your vocabulary. Very well done. Don't ever stop.
@@dannyarcher6370 it wont last forever, one day a tendon ruptures, a joint pops and so on... its short time wow effect but our bodies are not built for that kind of pressure, not for long periods of time... in their 18 - 20 even up to 30s it can still go well, after that, injuries are just a question of when, not if
maltese is a way more advance skill i guess but also to do maltese on the rings is a much more advanced skill. The diffuculty level increases how you change your movement to another movement for example if you press from iron cross to maltese or handstand is only talent for professional olympic gymnasts but it is still very cool to perform these strength trainings on the ground for us.
@@sonzai5162 nah planche looks cooler than iron cross. Iron cross makes you look like you are just hanging on the ring, all you need is shoulder and joint strength. Planche makes you look like you're flying and it looks even more impossible when they lean like that. And you also need core strength for stability, unlike iron cross, you don't need it to stabilize your body since the pressure is put on your whole arms, while in planche the pressure is distributed to most of the body especially the front delt.
Planche is the coolest because you cam literally perform them anywhere. I'd say handstands are second since it's also a skill that can be done anywhere. Levers are third, followed by flags
Believe it or not, with patience and a lot of effort, as well as time, all of this can be achieved. The important thing is not to give up if you already started.
Really wish i discovered Calisthenics 5 years earlier than i did. I was only 10 months into calisthenics (and the best shape of my life because of it) when my psoriasis arthritis developed in my fingers, wrists and ankles. Which of course immediately blocked and slowly reversed most of my progress. Now these vids i used to love and found inspirational just piss me off and depress me.
Totally Insane. I was brute worker in production Framing/logging that kept me fit and just did bits of all kinds working out from back When Arnold Shartzzzznegger hit The scene. I could walk on hands, do handstand pushups, some Martial arts. It all helped learn a lot of what is best for The Body and just heavy weight lifting isn't it and this is whole other level of good , best strength, use of all muscle working out. Then to do that on 2 fingers with arms spread wide, go right into a handstand ? Incredible.

Going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week for 2h to 3h hours each times, pull ups + 20 kg, dips +25 kg, improving nicely, but still feeling fucking weak asf bruh
Yo you don’t need to go for that long you’re gonna burn out, 45 min - 1 hour is all you need Make your sessions more efficient 3 hours is insane, even if you’re resting for like 5 mins between sets
My buddy in High School set a pull up record as a first year freshman, he snapped off 108 pull ups in about three minutes. His record stood for 6 years until his younger brother did 112 without busting a sweat. That was in 1966.............
I thank every callisthenics professional for keeping the tectonic plates intact, your contribution is massive.
Yeah 😂
kkkkk

Ironic that you ended it with "Do not ever stop".
XDD
It's also a great way to have nothing else going on in your life but optimising your body's abilities. No thanks.

Callestenics has pushed the boundary of what is humanly possible out so much it is inconcievable.
Planche pushup, handstand pushup, Front/back lever, human flag are definitely my top favorite calisthenics moves.

So sad to hear! I wish you find good treatment that would minimise your symptoms and let you train. I also have arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis).

Bullshit. The current guinness world record for pullups in 3 min is (oddly) 112 and was set in 2022.
