This is actually a good looking EV. It’s numbers are better than the Ford Mach E GT.
This actually looks really good inside and out. Range could have been a bit longer, but still a very impressive product.
I think the RS is the best all around option if you aren't after the power. It has the longest range of all 4 trims at 320 miles.
The range is fine, dude. You can charge that thing in like 20 mins full charge.
As someone who was a kid when the EPA crushed the HP out of the cars (no computers on engines), we assumed that the days of high HP was over. Its crazy, the HP they are putting out now. The EVs bring unbelievable torque.
During those days of low hp how did people regard the old vehicles made right before the ban that still had lots of power. I'm just curious if they were considered "modern classics" like some of the naturally aspirated sports cars are today.
EPA didn't crush HP. Once it was out that leaded gas killed over 100 000 000 people something had to be done. Yes you read that correctly
@@Lanse1984 The auto manufacturers didnt have the technology to meet the emissions and found out that detuning the motors could meet it. Now, they have computers and fuel injection and such. It was around the same time that the switch to unleaded gas had occurred. It wasn’t because of the lead, it was the detuning.
@@jamesdellaneve9005 no leaded gas was used to up compression amd advance timing for hp gains. Once it was removed those big engines had to be severely detuned
ICE vehicles are still putting out very equivalent, and in several cases more power. So....

"California users will only be allowed to drive on letter C rotation days when the California power grid will be able to supply the electricity to charge the battery" A and B grids will be shut down those days
Note: NO CHARGING WILL BE ALLOWED BETWEEN 12-5 PM, regardless of rotation due to excess draw and demand. Public transportation recommended.

Its not just cali, electricity prices will go up everywhere, may be even 5x since they 100% will have to build stronger power grid in order to charge tens of thousands EV's at the same time
I like it more than the Mach E and the Model Y, specially the interior.

Looks amazing but not nearly enough range IMO.
For the size and weight of this vehicle getting 320 Miles in the RS is actually really good.

Gm needs to stop jacking around and get their issues with the vehicles for sale right now solved, also bring a new gen Camaro
If you actually pay attention GM is solving their supply and logistics issues, it just takes time. Also GM isn't alone in having these issues, every company is having them.
It looks real awesome, I can’t wait to see aftermarket wheels on it to really help set it off. It has some awesome body lines and looks like it had great room in the back seats
Hope they’ll have an all black wheel option. Pair that with black and white two-tone finish, and it’ll look incredible.
Great looking EV SUV. Amazing horsepower and torque numbers. Replacing my current SUV in another year with an EV possibly and this one should be on the short list.

Also, is their a noise canceling system to reduce exterior noise similar to the Luriq?
It looks awesome love all they did to make it sporty and I see corvette styling has gone into it. Even rear taillights have that Z06 side vent style. Only thing I could want is this thing with a LS motor in it like my Trailblazer SS back in the day.

Regarding the public charging- 10 minutes of my time will give me 80 miles of travel. I think that's correct. What's the max charge in public? 30 minutes for 240 miles?

For real the 0 to 60 times suck for an EV the Hummer is faster, should have been a Hybrid or all out High output Gas Engine.

I like it, sharp, but, before buying one, I'd have to look at and compare it to the Ford equivalent.

It all sounds good. Except the vehicle itself. Does it have a beautiful aggressive low rumble growl to go with that power? No? Strike one. But why can't the range be considerably more than what ICE provides? I mean, 300 miles? That's it? And it probably won't ever reach that range. It's only going to degrade over time especially fast charging. Strike two. It's made in Mexico. Strike three! You're out! I do agree the styling is nice though.

I was hoping it would have been a Hybrid or at least a High output gas engine Model. What kind of throws me off is the Hummer EV is bigger and dose 0 to 60 in 3.0 sec this is supposed to be an SS it should be faster then the Hummer in my opinion. Looks good but straight EV dose not sell for me maybe some one else. Nice vehicle none the less.

@@michaellocklear6396 slap on anything? It makes 648 ft lbs of torque and gets to 60 in less than 4 seconds. SS doesn't mean "literally the fastest car in the world".
Amazing looking product but both guys would not answer the questions they were asked they just kept going on to something else or talking around the edges.

I’m in shock about this! When did a Blazer become a sedan wagon.. that has no ground clearance??? You just make an EV ….and just slap a (Blazer badge) on it, tell all the customers this is the new Blazer.
The current Ford 4-Door EV Mustang… has more ground clearance , And I don’t really consider it to be a Mustang. It’s more of an SUV with clearance…. the badge happy Chevy guys, Slap a legendary Blazer Off-Road machine badge , on an EV sedan wagon, with four doors…. that can’t even go down a rough dirt road. Exactly (opposite) of what this should be. It’s a cool EV, they did a good job …but don’t throw a Blazer name on it….If you make a nice vehicle …come up with a new name, don’t degrade what’s left of an off-road legacy for Chevy fans.
Ford has the Bronco, Dodge Chrysler Fiat has the Jeep, both real SUVs that can off-road. There’s no SUV I’ve ever seen, that sits this low to the ground. Just Slap a badge on it and be done with it I guess!
It would’ve been fine if you had put anything but …the (Blazer badge) on this vehicle. Years ago you had a Pontiac Sunfire , call this the Chevy Sunset. Anything but a Blazer, and I’m a non-biased person, I like all vehicles. I rode in my friends Blazer growing up.
The name is embarrassing for this vehicle! It is nice… but this is totally wrong. Blazer enthusiast are gonna be really upset about this. At least , Ford got the Bronco right. Just don’t put a legendary name on something that it’s not ….when an EV mustang rides higher than a blazer… it’s a messed up world!
Blazer Enthusiasts are living in the 80s. There hasn't been a true off-road Blazer since the end of 93. If they are really looking for a true off road SUV, then they need to look at the Trucks GM have like the up coming Silverado EV and Hummer EV SUV.
People complain about anything. The SS sits lower. Look at the current blazer and the one and the s10 Blazer that came out in the 80s until around 2002

This is the first time a sporty badge fits a SUV unlike the GT badge on the Mustang Mach-E because it’s not a Mustang. Great Car, not a Mustang😂

Is so hard to come up with a name? Nobody thinks this a blazer . Why keep the name ? So 240 - 320 range depending on trim …. Not bad but not amazing. Mach e base gets 314 ..
