The BEST WAY to make the MOST USE of "Leveling" in FF8: STAY LOW LEVEL(AVOID Leveling so soon), like, Level 10 and below(BELOW Level 20 is GOOD but the LOWER the BETTER) throughout the ENTIRE GAME UP UNTIL you GET the "Ragnarok" AND "Cactuar" GF. The game is so much easier and more fun if you do that!
Incorrect. Staying at low level offers no challenge, enemies will not have certain spells that are needed to junction to top stats meaning you will have to hunt down the needed items to refine the spell you need possibly taking up more time globe trotting And some of them cannot be easily refined. No, the best way is to level as normal and using devour from Eden on enemies found in island closest to hell/heaven to max your stats. All my charactera have 255 in every stat no GF equipped (except luck, eva, spd) from doing this
