I was just casually playing and then when he said to look through the keyhole I legit said “oh no I rlly don’t want to” and then I saw that the lady was in the distance and when that eye popped up I almost crapped myself. That was freaking terrifying

That part is so creepy
This is a great game, but could there not have been a hint system? It’s very irritating to have to go through a 30 minute video to try to find one thing, especially when I’m trying to avoid spoilers on things that I haven’t gotten to yet. So I’m risking seeing the solutions to puzzles I haven’t gotten to try yet because I have to skip around the video to try to find one thing that I’m stuck on.

There's an Easter egg that if you go to channel 551 on the TV. The protagonist (IDK what's his name) will say "Lobster Donkey". I don't know if it's an Easter egg but it's kinda weird.
Edit: GUYS! I did a little bit of research and I came to the conclusion that "Lobster Donkey" is a reference to the movie called "The Lobster". There's this one part in the movie where a donkey was shot.

I was honestly impressed by this game because not a lot of escape rooms have actual acting or voice acting. The puzzles were quite hard however, but if they're too easy you just finish it too quick. I like the fact it's also low-key a horror game with small little jump scares and a dark theme.
L o v e the game, I look forward to playing more of them!
For those who are having red light over the pipe at 18:44, you should have the room with connecting pipe just below this room to let the water escape.

I think I speak for everyone and everything when I say rusty lake is the definition of an underground fandom. It also created what I like to call "the fandom paradox" (ba-dum-tiss), where you want more people to see this so it can get more recognition, but also want it to stay hidden because it will probably follow the shameful steps into fandom hell.
For those stuck in 18:47, you need to put the room on top of the other (as he put it in 18:25), connecting the two pipes

Thanks for releasing this for free! I've got stuck only twice and had to look at this walkthrough but otherwise I feel smart and BIG BRAIN for solving the puzzles myself. The puzzle solving aspect of the gameplay is solid, I'm wishlisting the rest of the Rusty Lake franchise.

Did someone notice that there was a cupboard that was still locked after the opening of the main gate also! The cupboard was the right down side of the almirah in the globe room
That's the only reason why I ended up here. The last door on the clock is lock too
It seems we must brute force the clock to get the key for the cupboard only to get a hat. The time is 1:40 i guess

How to use the telephone:
Pick a number for example number 9 .you can see there are numbers inside of the circles now put your finger to the number u picked then grab it to the right where the pointer thing is.
I pick nine so i grab the nine in the circle then grab it to the right not letting go of my finger off the screen until it’ll reach the pointer thing.

Rusty Lake games make me question my IQ and my sanity at the same time.
For those who are confused this might help: Okay we know that her eyes are guiding us.
When she looks down her face needs to go up, not down. I tried to remember the direction by saying "Her pupils follow the white of her eye (when exiting the face)"
-> she looks down
-> you swipe up cause first the white of her eye will exit face area and then the pupil
I didn't even realize you could move it up and down here I was only moving left and right

Try moving the face in this order. R,d,u,r,r,d and then when you see the black ghost move the face l,l,u. Don’t look at eyes it’ll just put you off! Good luck it took me nearly a day (how sad :( )

I started watching the girl's face puzzle. As i understood the way to make it, i started to do it on the game. You gave me a heart attack when the one eyed face came out. But the game is awesome! I am speechless

PattiPie, it could be one of the five achievements hidden in each of the chapters that’s hidden in there. You have to watch the move to get the clues to find the five achievements in both chapters.

I don’t think I’ll be able to purchase chapter 2 but if there are five of the hidden stuff in chapter 1, then I have no clue where the other four are.

I'm actually pround of myself that I could work out 95% without the walkthrough. 3% was things I would've never thought of and 2% were things that were obvious but I overlooked or so nearly solved
Example of a stupid bit I missed: I was at a part near the end of walkthrough but I had to go all the way back because I couldnt find the newspaper from the globe.... it was right there and I missed it 😔
I've played almost every other Rusty Lake's game but this one was frightening

Its not a bug, it's just that the cube under the cube of the valve should be the one with the pipe, so they are connected
I have this issue as well, I've tried lining up the pipes but the valve just won't open.

I drew on that pad multiple times similar to this walkthrough - before actually watching the walkthrough. Eventually I came here for answers only to find out that I was doing it right.... even after watching the walkthrough, I had trouble replicating it. Just letting you guys know.

The globe part is really inexplicable. Some of the perspectives are before the landmarks, some are past. This irregularity made such a straightforward puzzle impossible to solve.
Is there anyway to unlock the door next to the pictograph puzzle (same cabinet as the projector)? I played through Chapter One without needing to open it. Is it a bonus or something that comes into play in the second chapter? Thanks!
