    I really loved this! As a younger sewer, I love your patterns as they always have smaller sizes that really suit me! Love it when this channel posts!

    Thank you so much for this video. I would love to see the Rosa hacks , and Stella with a zipper is something I have actually been wishing to see! I am too new to sewing to try to figure it out by myself so this would be a dream come true for me😊. And I just wanna add, don’t ever stop making wonderful patterns and videos , they are the best!!👍

    Would love to see the hacks, especially the Stella hoodie full zip. I've also seen someone do a quarter zip with the Freya and would love to learn how to do that - (kind of a sporty top zip, I'm not sure what to call it). Great video! These seasonal ideas paired with TATB patterns are really helpful & great inspiration. Thank you!

    It's lovely to see you back.I know you now work for Tilly and the buttons and the way your using their patterns and fabric is great.Will you ,also,be keeping your own Chanel where you can chose patterns and fabrics from different makers.I don't know if your allowed to or have the time to do this but it would be interesting to have your unique take on both.

      Hi Maureen! I no longer have my own channel (a personal choice), so will only be popping up on here from time to time to share TATB content. Thanks so much for watching 😊 Abi x

    I love the Olive pinafore but a lot I’ve seen are quite baggy. I don’t want it skin tight so would you suggest just going with your bust size?

    • @TillyButtons
      @TillyButtons  2 года назад +3

      Hi Ruth, I'd go with your bust measurement (as the hips aren't fitted), then once the side seams are sewn and you've tried it on, if you want a tighter fit I would just take in the side seams to suit. Abi x

    Thank you for such great ideas. I have three of Tilly’s books. Not sure why there is such a difference in body measurements and finished garment measurements. It has stopped me from making any of the patterns in the books

    • @TillyButtons
      @TillyButtons  2 года назад

      Hi Suzette, sewing patterns have 'ease' which is the difference between body and final measurements, it makes our clothes comfortable to wear, it also depends on the style & fit of the garment. We have a couple of blog posts that might help you out if you're stuck with choosing your sewing pattern size. Check this recent post out: www.tillyandthebuttons.com/2021/04/Choosing-your-size-band.html and Tilly's guide on selecting your size here: www.tillyandthebuttons.com/2013/02/how-to-select-your-sewing-pattern-size.html or you can always email us at hello@tillyandthebuttons.com for guidance. Abi x
