No lad, i will tell you how it really can happend. First time you dealing with this route - you fight only as Alex, Apep and Serjio. Every other time you can pick everyone, but Joel. This route "unequip" Joel from main role (which marked by perfume for some reason) and 1 time beating this route - you getting third free slot for any character.
@@scriggle3564 i can get that but at the same time i dont think that extends to 30 years passing in the time of a afternoon and only 1 area being effected by it
@@Warlord4Hikage if you consider the wiki which is based on what the dev said canon then it is, it's based on some weird "time cube" stuff apparently might explain how marty and mister angonelli are still alive despite being old fucks in the og painful
