You been a inspiration to me. I was building my mini bike with the same motor kit you recommended but never got to ride it because it burned up along with our house 2 weeks ago. I'm so sad. We didn't have any insurance either. I been battling cancer since 2021 so it's been rough and I just wanna feel the wind in my hair again. Life's handing me such a bad hand.
This is awesome. I love the power it has. I want to see this extended. I changed tires on my bike from mtn to trail type tread and it slowed my bike down. I love the kit. Ps when I was 11 I asked my dad if we can make an eletric 5speed.He told me we needed a constant runing motor. He as a good mechanic. But always busy and the last of 5 did not get much attention. Lol it was 1973. Imagine?
I will extend it in a video soon. Yes no need for gears with this bike. Have you checked out the race video with this bike? It's in the e-bike playlist. Thanks for watching!
@@Black66 I will I have two tuong bloods that I need to build something with like like what you do. We will be watching and getting friends involved. :-) Holy crap 60 mph on a mini bike that insane. Lol

Nice video work and editing, and useful real-world ride along in terms of how the 120 motor feels on a 20s battery. If I was going to sink that much cash on components I'd put them in a more sophisticated rolling chassis, but that's personal preference...
I have spent like 10 grand between two bikes one started as a stock 2017 Emmo knight sport and was upgraded with first a Qsmotor 3000w Mid drive assembly kit that bolted right on with almost no modification and had a belt drive 3000w Qsmotor mid drive motor sandwiched between two nice light aluminum arms with everything from the rear rim, belt drive pulley and rubber dampers kinda, a votol em150, a two piston caliper, brake pads, the new hardware to mount everything using existing rear shock and hardware, existing rear tire and the existing wire harness and controls and brake levers. 72v 70ah controller The first bike goes 110kph and can wheelie. The Second bike exactly the same except I used a Fardriver Nd96530 controller on this one and it has way more torque and is kinda scary to be honest because of the insane torque that will throw you off the back of your not hanging on tight. It's running at 96 volts instead of 72 and more amperage too. It has a 96v 55ah lithium ion pack and turned down by a lot it does 130 in seconds and had to have the ramp up speed turned way down to make it safe.... So much fun.... Anyone else got one like this and what is the max anyone has ran the Qsmotor 3000w mid drive motor at with belt drive??? I blew a belt twice now in 4 years. No sign of wear just blew out when I cranked hard on it both times.
My neighbor has a similar kit he amped up and he ran a 6.54 8th mile on his motovox e mini bike no 1/4 mile as of yet regardless its fast as hell and faster than all my gas.
I love what you have done. I’m an old man now and never once did I ever think my mini bike would be electric powered. I’ve been watching your shows and I think there just great to watch. I’ve been tinkering around with my grandsons bikes (2) they want me to get back in the saddle again. If you have a larger mini bike, with out front suspension we’re would you look for a larger set of front suspension? Thank you. I’ll keep watching 👍🇨🇦
i made a all wheel drive fat T E bike. im canadian so i needed something good for snow/ice/sand/mud lol & i think it might the future when it comes to slippery of rode stuff it works super good ;)
impressive. looks WAY quicker than the 14kW metacycle to 30mph even though it's limited by the geometry and short wheelbase. there's probably several factors, lighter weight, smaller wheels/shorter gearing (direct drive wheel hub is 1:1), better cooling, more aggressive torque. looks like a slightly taller gearing might still get to 60mph quicker.
Instead of stretching, try wheelie bars. Made many sets out of Conduit. Easy to bend up and take on/off. And plenty strong if built correctly. I make them the length of the bike and let them touch slightly when seated. I run 120v setup...
Electrical conduit with wood shoved in at the ends to stiffen the mounting holes, and braided steel wire with turnbuckles for the 4 tension elements. No bending required, just drilling at either end of the conduit, which can be done with a hand drill. Super light weight and super strong, as Adam says. I ran one with the normal suspension on an RD350, and it made launches smooth-as-butter.
Great build ! Black66 , you should invest in a DeWalt or Milwaukee portaband , metal cutting bandsaw . Build a table / stand for it . Ideal for making accurate cuts , brackets etc ..
Excellent Channel exactly what I needed to run across perfect relaxing information with accurate calibration within your best. You've got yourself a lightning bolt. I really enjoy your channel. I’m going to build a Mega Moro 212 . Do you think this kit would handle the bigger tires, I’m going 21 “ double jack shafts for more gearing options. This build will be for extreme single track slow going to wide open desert riding. The QS 138 kit has more power and options, I’m considering this kit. Thanks !
fat tire reverse trike for on and off-road for Michigan UP living all season. Enclosed option for winter. That would be awesome. That would open a market for winter Midwest people. And make it sporting looking like a Polaris RZR.
I'm wondering HOW this setup would do on a old Snapper lawnmower frame without the cutter deck, like make a go cart with this same setup??? Your thoughts
