I came upon this workout this morning and what caught my eye was “morning Pilates” as I get up at 5am to exercise before the kids wake up and then my body also needs to wake up. So these calm yet burn on the muscles is a perfect way to wake up. I love all your workouts. Please load more “morning Pilates” videos like this. And your calming voice is such a great complement to all your videos. I only do your workouts.

I just wanted to get something off my chest... Pilates and especially Nicole’s channel have helped me so much with my depression. I felt so much more connected to my body and my surroundings. Due to a surgery last week i wasn’t able to do any sports and my depression came back. Today is the first day where I’m allowed to do Pilates again and I already doing so much better. I feel relaxed, happier, and just more intact with myself. So thank you so much Nicole, and people who motivate each other in the comment sections, for these awesome Pilates workouts/classes.

Thank you for doing these more gentle ones to help me workout daily even when I don't feel well. My doctor shared recent research where they found doing exercise more often at lower intensity has better results than constant hard workouts. You're ahead of the science!

I really love how this workout feels nourishing. I love the flow at the end of class and the pace for those days where you want to check off working out from your list but you really also be gentle with your body. Thank you for the variety Nicole!

I love the gentle 20 minute Pilates classes. I am recovering from an injury and this suits my pace really well. Plus it is easy to fit 20 minutes into my morning routine. Thanks Nicole!
I personally really enjoy her videos because I feel like I am actually back in class and I am able to exercise at home and I don’t feel uncomfortable being around this huge crowd of people in a room. While I stretch and work out while watching, I forget my worries for a time and feel rejuvenated

Very gentle workout, one of the favorites, really good on "bad" day , when I don't feel very strong
Hi Nicole, I traditionally lifted weights and did cardio at gym but have transformed to HIT training 3x a week and 2x a week Pilates. Been doing your workouts for 6 months now and really love how I feel afterwards. Just wanted to thank you for your intro to Pilates and gentle methodology for going through these workouts. Have seen amazing results!
I really enjoyed this softer version for those days in between. Its nice to have a variation of videos to sort through that will suit your mood and your activity tolerance for that particular day. This was perfect for me this morning :) I have to say, Nicole is probably my favourite pilates instructor on RUclips.

Trying to include some physical activity in the morning since several months, I was looking for something smooth and calm because I didn't want to run away from physical activity anymore. RUclips suggested Nicole's channel and here I am. I don't feel like running away. It burns but I try to complete as much as I can and I like the calmness of the exercise. It makes ne feel like I can do it. The morning workout is perfect for me as I work out only in the morning, 3 times a week. Very beautiful discovery. Thank you

No rest day needed, in my humble opinion. All of her workouts are Pilates/yoga based - even the “cardio” ones, so they’re pretty gentle compared to the usual HIIT and calisthenics workouts u find on RUclips; they do not stress the muscles such that u would need to skip a day. Check out Nicole’s whole catalog of workouts: there are a few extra gentle ones if you’d like to take it easy on occasion. Good luck!

I developed sacroiliac issues (where the sacrum meets the pelvic bone) this year and LOVE this perfect workout which is safe, supportive, and still challenging, but great for a morning ease-into-your-body routine. It actually mimics many of my PT exercises!! Nicole’s queuing is always spot-on. Thank you for all, but especially this one!! ❤

Hi Nicole, I’m new to Pilates but have done lots of yoga over the years. Your videos have really got me into Pilates as they feel like a work out but are also manageable. I can see results in my body after only a few videos. I always choose a 20 minute one which I do first thing in the morning before taking the dog out for his walk. I recently came across your videos after searching for something low impact and after my chiropractor recommending Pilates. I can’t explain how relaxing yet powerful these workouts have been for me mentally and physically. After giving birth just 4 months ago, my body needs time to mend and not ready to do hiit/cardio, these videos have been just so perfect. Thank you!!
