Columbia single-sided catalogue numbers typically are the same as the matrix number minus any suffix. 1660 thus, not 1980.

H = Stamper H (= n°8)
I just noticed that this run-out system is exactly the same style as present on 1903 (April/July) Japanese Columbia discs (2000-ca. 2370).
