      I grew up a cat guy and have always been mainly cat but after I got this new 2020 Deere I prefer it over the cat machines very impressed with the Deere machines.

    On one of ur recent videos u were laying rock, in a comment u said it was natural rock pit, tht had been run thru a crusher and screened to 3/4 minus!!! Is it limestone rock??

    • @graderman140m
      @graderman140m  2 года назад

      Yes we have all natural pit run gravel it’s crushed to 3/4 minus and it’s not limestone in this part of our state we have natural stone here.

    Hello there. I’m new to grading. We have a cat 140m3 awd. And I was wondering if you could do a video on how to shim the moldbord and the circle? We use Sharqedge P300. And also do a video on how to best run them. Most of our roads that isn’t asphalt is crushed asphalt. Thank you for all your great videos:)

      Welcome to the grading as far as adjusting the shims on the circle and the sliding moldboard I’d recommend you look in your operator maintenance manual for how to do that the only maintenance I do is have to change oil and grease my machine as far as the sharq p300s you run them at a 45 degree angle to get them sharp then once there sharp you roll your blade forward to run on sharp edge once it dulls out just repeat the process thanks for watching!
