I love my BG2.0. I have over 1200 rounds through it. I never EVER thought I would put that many rounds through a mouse/pocket gun. It is so easy to shoot, I find myself always wanting to shoot it. I’ve grown quite fond of the trigger. The magazines were a bitch for the first 500 or so rounds. Slide stop was VERY stiff as well, but loosened up after that 500 rounds. My wife has the safety version, mine is the non safety version. If I had known how small the safety was going to be, I probably would have gotten it with the safety. I do carry it IWB 90% of the time. Yes, it wants to shoot left, and most have expressed having to drift the sights. I just adjusted my grip and trigger finger. This being a tiny pistol, two thumbs forward is a little awkward. Thanks for your insights sir.
This is what people don’t understand. I’ve had people online arguing how the LCPs are just fine yet they don’t even have 500 rounds through them in over a decade. If you don’t enjoy training with it, how can you actually be proficient with it and trust it with your life. I’ve only had my BG2.0 for 3 weeks but up to 400 rounds in 2 sessions already. @@TRR56 100%. I’ve had several LCP’s, in every generation, honestly hoping they would be easier/more comfortable to shoot. They weren’t. This BG2.0 is an honest game changer in my book. Everyone who shoots it wants it. I had a range master laugh when I told him what I was shooting. He said he would t trust his life to it. I let him put a few mags through it. He had to eat his words, and said he would be ordering one that day. It’s not a target pistol, so please don’t expect tight groups beyond 6-7 yards. I’m sure there are shooters out there that can achieve that, but I’m not one of them.
@@davidbrown2284 yeah I think this will change a lot of people’s minds. It’s been all too long that pocket 380s sucked to shoot and now that’s the stigma
Just took my BG 2.0 to the range yesterday and I feel like I'm the only one who gets very bad slide bite from this pistol?? Like my hand was literally bleeding from the slide. The ergonomic on it makes you want to hold it as high as possible automatically but that gave bad slide bite. Also it was shooting clearly to the left. Not sure if I like it that much just due to the slide bites.
@@Victor-tc3de No slide bite here, but I can honestly see how that could be a problem. My first 50 or so rounds I was shooting leftish. I’m so used to shooting larger firearms that I had to adjust my weak hand grip a bit, and change my strong hand thumb position. I might just be an anomaly, as I see plenty of people saying they needed to drift the sights.
Even though .380 is not a +P designated cartridge there are loads that preform great in this barrel length. Specifically Federal HST, Punch, and Hydra Shok Deep, and Underwood Extreme Defense/Penetrator. They all get at least 14 inches of penetration, good wound channels and expansion for the actual HPs. Which yes even in the BG 2.0's barrel, and LCP Max as well. I've found this to be a very enjoyable gun to shoot, and have been shooting it every week since I bought it. I've had no issues with it, and it's actually quite easy to shoot. I can regularly manage 3" groups at 15 yards, which for a tiny pocket gun I think is beyond expectations. I'll also add the sleeve on the 12rd mag is not a sleeve, it's part of the retention of the floorplate. Unless you break the floorplate off it will not move. My trigger definitely feels a decent bit lighter than when it was new as well. Though I've found it was easy to shoot since new. I'm also no S&W simp, my only two S&W firearms are the BG 2.0, and a 1993 5904. I just think this is actually a complete knock out of the park.
I'm starting to get frustrated with the "get a test gun for a positive review" model, if your product sucks or has problems the onus is on the manufacturer to fix it.
None of the release day (test gun) reviews of the Canik MC9 or Canik TTI or Rival-S mentioned any of the issues early adopters reported. I waited 14 months to buy my MC9 and it still have the defective recoil spring. Canik sent me a new recoil assembly and mine had none of the other issues some early units did so I am happy with it. I do not trust that early production quality control is good until high volume production units are in the hands on consumers and not just influencers who reviewed T&E units directly from the manufacturer.
to your comment about the trigger dingus at 13:45 - it's an inertial safety. If the gun were to fall on its backstrap, the "dingus" falls at a different rate than the actual trigger, because their masses are so dissimilar. It has nothing to do with preventing incidental pulls of the trigger by clothing or debris. These sorts of inertial safeties are almost always paired (*cough* except for Ruger) with internal 'firing pin intercept' safeties, which prevent the striker from moving forward under inertia during a crash or fall; They require the trigger itself to be pulled.
also the dingus itself is angle/pressure sensitive. if you roll the pad of your finger from the top down, it only breaks when the entire thing is covered.
FYI: for those with TS models: when I first got the 2.0, the TS was very difficult to operate. Aside from flicking it up and down about 500 times while watching a movie, I took a small screw driver to precisely locate safety lever right on top of the peak of the little spring S&W has there to limit its movement. I found that by leaving the lever on the ‘hump’ of the spring over a few nights loosened up the tension so that I can now easily operate the safety up and down. It’s just right for me now.
@@lensott5576 take a close look at the mechanism of the safety of the left side. If you flip the safety slowly up and down, you will notice the spring is just a 90 degree bend. The vertex of the bend is the bump over which the safety travels. The spring vertex is what separates the up and down positions. I found by using my thumb alone, I could not get the safety lever to sit and stay on top of the vertex, it would slip off one side or the other. I found by using a small screwdriver straight tip at the bottom of the safety lever, I could carefully control by twisting the movement of the lever to get it to rest on top of the spring vertex. I did that for a few successive days until the spring was weakened just the right amount. Sorry for the long description but I hope that makes it more clear.
My BG 2.0 exhibited the same chamber ammunition behavior. On the range I experience 3 hard chamber jams. These were NOT failures to feed or extract. In all three cases, the round fed, the BG 2.0 did not go into battery, and the trigger was dead. Tapping on the back of the slide would not place the BG 2.0 in battery. In all three cases, I could not extract the round by pulling back on the slide. Neither could the RO. A Handi-Racker was employed to extract the rounds from the chamber. The three rounds were a Magtech FMJ, a Fiocchi 95gr FMJ, and a Remington 88gr JHP HTP. We recovered the Fiocchi and the Remington rounds. These two rounds successfully fed and fired from my SIG P365 380 without any drama of any kind. The BG 2.0 was returned to S&W about two weeks ago. I've not heard anything further.
You had me curious re. chamber support, so I checked mine. Rounds look to be fully supported in my barrel and they do spin freely. I have owned my BG 2.0 for a few weeks now and am very happy with it. So far, I put 250 rounds through it including five different varieties of fmj along with 50 rounds of two hollowpoints and Underwood's Extreme Defender without any issues.
Some have replied to my recommendation to use Underwood Xtreme Defender rounds in their Bodyguard stating that some Bodyguard owners found that those rounds will not feed properly. Later I learned that some Bodyguard owners found they have to remove mold flashing on the feed ramp in the frame to be able to get some rounds to feed properly. I wonder if the feed ramp mold flashing is the only reason some report issues with Defender rounds. I had to polish the feed ramp on my LCP Max to be able to get XTP bullets to feed reliable. I did not want try the more expensive fluted Defender rounds until I know those XTP bullets would feed. Once the XTP bullets feed I tried Defender rounds and had no feeding issues. I don't have a Bodyguard yet but plan to buy one next year or once a rebate is offered.
I have both. BG 2.0 is like carrying air. It disappears for HOT HOT summer carry. My p365x-380 is still in my rotation, but BG2.0 is better for short trips to the store, or taking garbage out etc. during summer. Sold lcp max.
Excellent review👍👊 I picked up this little pistol a little over a month ago, no real reason, I just liked it. The little pistol has impressed me more than I expected it to.🤷♂ I also have the S&W Equalizer, it impressed me as well when I had no need.🤷♂ Which I think speaks a lot for S&W's recent offerings, twice in the last year, I walked into my local tool store with no need, and walked out with a S&W. I am almost afraid to hold the M&P 9 Shield,🤣 I am guessing I will get it next.🤷♂
I don't think I've ever fired a single round of 380, and I've been into this hobby for over a decade. I had no idea there was such a thing as 380+p. But if I were going to carry a 380, this is tough to beat.
+p 380 is not a SAAMI sanctioned standard load, meaning, it's over the standard pressure of 21,500 psi but there is no accepted range of pressure the ammo and gun makers have to follow :)
I had to send mine back to S&W. Had nothing but problems. Shot waaaayyy left...at 5 yards! I was shooting at 4 dots 6" apart, I shot for the far right dot and hit the second from the left, way left. I adjusted the front site, no difference, adjusted again, very slight difference, pushed the sight almost off the slide, nothing. Got to looking at the barrel, it showed that it was hitting hard at the rear on the right side, hence the shooting left. They have had it for a week now, no word yet. I want this gun to work, I really do, it fits my hand very nicely. I hope they figure out the problem and it comes back as a working unit.
It's that way because they choose to make it that way. When I wrote for the magazines I wrote for the one publisher that didn't take advertising spend into consideration. As a RUclipsr I still have a real job to pay for my life, my only financial goals with RUclips and the website are that they be self-sustaining as I can't afford all of this on my own.
Been waiting for something like this to rival the lcp max. Hopefully your example does well. I'll probably get one after a year or so to ensure quality after possible hiccups. Should sell very well in today's market. Thanks Graham! More Teya please!
After watching your video, I checked my S&W BG 2.0 barrel chamber as you do in this video and your other videos. My barrel has full chamber support with two different ammo brands and two different bullet types. Both also spin freely in the chamber.
I appreciate your honest unbiased reviews.. I really don’t see myself getting rid of my Ruger Max But .. Id like to see a shooting comparison between the BG 2 , LCP MAX & SCCY CXP-3 Honestly I think the CPX-3 will run away with it🤣🤣🤣
My recoil spring would no go in, so trip to FFL gunsmith had great difficulty getting back in to reassemble. Smith is sending me another recoil spring, hope it work.
You’re the first reviewer to notice something I did about the safety dingus. Mine feels like it’s wider than the safety itself. I can’t figure out the advantage to having such a wide safety on the trigger.
The Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 2.0 is THE BEST designed and manufactured micro-subcompact 380 in the last 40 plus years. I have the Sig 365 9mm, Sig 238, Ruger LCP Max, Regular LCP, et. I own many. Ruger should just stop manufacturing the LCP Max all together. The sig 365 (9mm) is the best micr 9mm, but the S&W Bodyguard 2.0 is half the weigh, thinner, over all smaller and easier to shoot that the Sig 365. You can keep the Sig. This new Bodyguard 2.0 beats ALL THE OTHERS in EVERY CATEGORY! Bar none! All of these smallpistol require a small amount of break in INCLUDING the Sigs. I have 400 plus rounds through mine. About 4 mags loosened mine up perfectly. It even shoots the "Seargeant Major" zinc plated steel case (tula) ammo like candy! I never feel outgunned or under gunned with this new Bodyguard 2.0 i I use it as a primary carry and rotate it out for my Ruger LCR revolver. S&W gave they're customers what they have been asking for. On a side note, it puts the Glock 42 in the dirt on size and capacity. The 380 cartridge is plenty to stop an attacker in my opinion. You don't need fancy pants ammo either 95 grain hard ball anything does the job just fine. I want to poke holes in important body parts. I don't care about expansion. Don't fall for all the BS of dudes on you tube that are fully kitted out telling you a 380 isn't something to worry about. S&W gets an 11 out of 10 from me.
100% agree. The LCP Max is the only gun I regret purchasing. Ruger better be innovating or they are gunna be left in the dust in this category. Love my BG2.0 so far
I live in a subtropical area where a snall firearm is easily carried with shorts & and a T-shirt . I am accurate with this firearm and well armed for my purpose.
My local gun store pointed this gun out to me since it was a new release. Wasn't really interested at the time and with your review confirmed my first impressions.
Thanks for posting this. I actually prefer the flush fit 10 round mags and non-safety version. Hopefully they will begin to show up at my local sporting goods.
This looks like a good little gun but I'm not a .380ACP fan so I will refrain from buying one. Having read / watched the full report on GBGunsDepot I know already how it shot for you and I was impressed. If I decided I want a .380ACP your review would probably influence me to choose this one. That surprises me - I was prepared to dislike the pistol from the start.
There are several .380 loads that preform within even FBI standards now, .380 has come a long way and is definitely not nearly as poor preforming as people think it is.
Good review. And by good I mean your explicit refusal to be bound by a four-page contract for a T&E gun, and instead buying one off the shelf with unbiased money. Subscribed. As a secondary observation - the trigger dingus is meant to prevent the trigger pulling itself if dropped on the back of the slide onto a surface like concrete. For me the dingus fully matching the trigger is a feature, not a bug: My LCP MAX 75th ann. model has an ungainly aluminum trigger whose dingus shape can be missed unless trigger finger is placed just so, but only if I use my off-hand. I have no such issue with my standard model with plastic trigger. Back to BG 2.0: Once the bugs have been worked out with this model, I'll probably buy one as the feature set appeals to me.
@@GBGuns Interesting. Is part of the terms that you can then have/keep the item with a "payment" in positivity? I wonder if one could simply review it then send it back after the review. Thanks for the insight.
I don't recall, but do know if you want to keep the firearm they 1099 you for the value of the firearm. That makes sense as it's a write off for them, however for the creator it means they pay to have the gun which they spend their time, resources, and money reviewing. Effectively you end up paying to promote a product.
Interesting, I occasionally pocket carry (with a proper kydex holster) when belts or clothing prohibit carrying on the waist. This is definitely intriguing in theory
It ain't just your imagination. The feed ramp looks like it leans left to me too. This looks like the first small .380 that actually has a useful grip length. Nothing feels quite as useless as a pocket pistol with a 2 finger grip. Good luck holding on to one of those in a gunfight that devolves into a grappling match.
I noticed the crud around the case mouth. Could that be the culprit causing the round not to spin? I got mine a week before all the videos dropped. Cleaned it and the barrel was very, very dirty. Mine has been flawless with zero hiccups. Couldn't be happier. My constant pocket companion, even around the house. Enjoy all your vids. Watched the first shots too.🫡👍👍
You did not read the manual fully did you? You do not have to pull the trigger in disassembly! Whilst the slide is locked back push ejector down with a pencil or whatever then release the slide and it comes right off, On reassembly insert slide on frame lock back put takedown lever back to horizontal position insert a magazine or push up the ejector with pencil and done Btw 550 rds through mine with zero issues! Love it!
I read the manual, but I couldn't get the ejector to move. So I locked the slide back, turned the take down lever, moved the slide to the normal position, pulled the trigger and pulled the slide off the frame. This works for me. The slide is very tight and requires some effort from these 74 year hands to move, but hopefully will be easier after break in. Looking forward to shooting this great pistol. Have the LCP MAX which I like and plan to keep 👍😉 Best regards 🙏
Have same issue with ejector not wanting to move. How much pressure to use with a pencil erasure so pulled the trigger as you did. Slide is way to stiff. Does it lighten up with use?
That's why my trigger goes into super light mode, where it feels like 2lb trigger pull. I was staging it. Thanks from the people who didn't fully read their manual.
@GBGuns sometimes when I shoot and let it reset, but only reset only a little before the wall, it goes pop. Not letting pressure off the trigger fully after a round is fired.Isn't that staging the trigger? That's when it will discharge lighter than the regular pull weight. Noticeably lighter than the usual pull weight.
@Aaron-ro4kv that sounds like the S&W u predictable trigger Teya and I have complained about on 3 different S&W guns, but the interent swears doesn't exist. We didn't experience thsr on this gun.
@GBGuns oh, I knew nothing about that. The only other s&w I have is sport 2 ar-15. But yeah, it does that with my BG2.0. At first, I was concerned about the safety of the firearm, but after considering... keep the finger off the trigger until on target and ready to shoot. Now in a defense situation I'd like fast follow up shot, but with adrenaline...I don't know, maybe a shot gets fired I don't want? The gun is very nice though.
@Aaron-ro4kv yeah we have a few Shield models and it's difficult to predict the shot. Depending on how one's trained, and certainly if untrained it doesn't matter, but mechanically it doesn't make sense
The safety dingus is not designed to prevent the trigger from being depressed. It functions only to prevent an inertia-fire detonation if by chance the handgun is dropped on the rear of the slide from an otherwise sufficient height to drive the trigger downward (rearward) because of inertia acting on the mass of the trigger. It has nothing to do with trying to keep a trigger from moving rearward if the trigger is acted upon from the front.
You posted it in the comments. But IMHO you should post the Smith contract. That's more "important" to the "industry" and the consumer than the actual firearm. Show exactly what this company, an AMERICAN company does and all it's PR team aka the RUclips shills are all about.
It was from a couple years ago, around when the CSX came out. It may have changed, either way I'm not here for divisive industry drama. I think most people can determine who the "shills" are, who the entertainers are, who's in it for money, and who the journalists are.
@@GBGuns I get it. Journalists should call out the industry they cover though. And their"peers" though. I'll use a different industry and some big outlets in that industry and companies in it. If Gamers Nexus got a NDA that included something like that from Intel, AMD or Nvidia and it said in order to receive a review sample, sign this thing that says that. You best believe they're going to expose it. You aren't causing the drama. Shady companies you're supposed to be covering as a journalist and the shillas are. To be honest, If you're exposed to this and you don't even cover it, you're not a journalist. Of course you don't have to say anything. Of course you can review the gun and mind your own business. But if you're going to stay here a journalist covering the industry , And you see this and don't say anything. You're not a journalist.
@albundy06 I'm a firearms journalist regardless of the politics that might be affiliated with a particular brand or product. I look at the product and don't care about anything else. I'm not a social justice warrior, just want to help people make an educated decision about the tool they may decide to use to defend themselves. If you'd like to make noise about the contract go ahead and do so, ask their marketing team for a T&E gun and see if they send one. The contract might be the same, might have changed, or they might have done away with it all together. I worked with S&W for many years until they sent me a contract. My usual response to such things is to simply ignore that company until things change. The o ly reason we have a S&W in front of us now is because our Patrons wanted to see a non-influencer review of one.

I have one and am super happy with it so far. Even with the 10rd, I can get a good grip thanks to that undercut. My only gripe is the texture on the mag release and take down level is a little too aggressive.
The manual (whats that?) that comes with the gun tells you clearly how to disassemble the slide off the frame. And it's not by pulling the trigger. Not sure why EVERY single reviewer including you ignore it.
The method in the manual is for those who are incapable of properly clearing their firearm and may require a tool depending on how stiff that part of the gun is. They created that method as a liability CYA and to satisfy LE agencies who fear negligent discharges.
My 2.0 shoots like Champ. No problems at all at 500 rounds. 7 different types of Ammo including Ball and Hollow Point. I would Never use +P in any of my guns, why put extra stress on a gun? Modern Ammo is good enough to get the Job done without stressing the gun out
Right now the biggest issue of this gun is lack of accessories, such as gun-mounted light, higher capacity mags (15rd or 17rd), etc. Since it doesn't have a rail, Streamlight TLR-6 will be a perfect fit, but when I contact Streamlight, they said they had no plan to make a shell for the BG 2.0. S&W's own subsidiary, Crimson Trace, also makes dustcover/trigger guard mounted lights. I'm surprised that S&W and CT didn't work together and release a light for the BG 2.0 so it's ready for purchase at the same time with the gun :)
@@romans6two338 Well I guess different strokes for different folks. All the pocket guns I've carried have had light on them, from LCP to CM9 to P365. I'm a bit of a stickler for target identification. I need to be able to see for sure before I pull the trigger :)
This gun is just simple too small for a light, theres no way you could put a tlr-6 on the BG 2.0 without it being half the size and weight of the gun. I guarantee there will never be more than the 12rd mag, because for a pocket gun any more length is silly. If someone wants a light or more ammo, this simply isn't a gun for them.
@@GBGuns I don't know what a trigger safety is. Even the typical striker fired trigger dingus is a drop safety. Have you ever put your finger on just the very edge of a trigger, or seen anything/anyone just touch the very edge of a trigger? I haven't either. It's an inertia safety to keep the trigger from being able to engage if the firearm is dropped. Anyhow, on a different note, I just picked up a couple of these for the wife and I. Looking forward to getting them to the range this weekend and putting a couple hundred rounds through each so we can start to carry them when our Vedder pocket locker holsters show up. Just have to figure out what ammo I want to carry in them. For starters it will be Hornady American Gunner (assuming it eats them okay) since I was able to pick up four boxes for about $19/box. HST is my go to in all my 9mm's, but I haven't seen many test's for the HST 380 from the 2.75" barrels. I'm sure they would be fine since these will just be t-shirt and shorts weather tools. Enjoy the videos. Keep 'em coming!
Far as the contract. That is an American problem. We have more attornies per capita than any other nation in the world. We also have more lawsuits. Which came first he chicken or the egg; is a valid question. Many years ago I worked for a company, not guns. The instucti0on book said be sure to install the included xxx. We discovered it worked better without the part so they stopped including the part but did not change the instruction for over a year. I was the one to handle the complaints. Best I could tell less than 20% of people read instructions.
The trigger safety paddle looks like such a rinky dink "POS" to be from S&W. It looks like something that belongs on a Keltec or some low budget piece of work.
Maybe next time if you want shooting impressions watch a video tittled "shooting impressions" and not "tabletop review and field strip". There was a card in the marked chapter and a link at the pinned comment, and a full-review article. I'm sorry that wasn't simple enough for you.
I thought about getting one. But dont see point for my needs. My pocket gun is a 15 yr old kahr cm9 with extend mag and mag guts and giving 8+1 of 9mm, about 8k rounds through it. And is the same size as this new s&w 380, but better ballistics in a 9mm. Kahr isn't for every shooter, but neither is 380 , nor s&w poor quality control in 2024.
my test was perfectly fine where the bullet would seat well and be able to freely turn so not sure what is up with your example here.... best lil gun I've ever had!

Thanks. This is the same issue I’m facing. I’m still a little confused on how you located the peak of the spring.
@@bldrtom Thank you so much. I understand this now and really appreciate your explanation. Thanks again.
Interesting, please keep us updated. Would you mind sharing this experience as a comment on the article?
You had me curious re. chamber support, so I checked mine. Rounds look to be fully supported in my barrel and they do spin freely.
I have owned my BG 2.0 for a few weeks now and am very happy with it. So far, I put 250 rounds through it including five different varieties of fmj along with 50 rounds of two hollowpoints and Underwood's Extreme Defender without any issues.
Yes Underwood’s are the way to go for defense ammo 🔥
Hello GBGuns, and thanks for the detailed review. I'll stick with my Sig P365-380.
I have both. BG 2.0 is like carrying air. It disappears for HOT HOT summer carry. My p365x-380 is still in my rotation, but BG2.0 is better for short trips to the store, or taking garbage out etc. during summer. Sold lcp max.
Excellent review👍👊
I picked up this little pistol a little over a month ago, no real reason, I just liked it.
Yes SW has been knocking it out the park recently. Got the M&P Metal Carry Comp and the BG2.0. Very pleased with both
There is no SAAMI spec for 380 +P. No manufacturer will approve use of 380 +P in their pistol since it could be any pressure above the SAAMI spec.
Correct
So why did you imply the Bodyguard 2.0 is inferior quality because they don't recommend 380+P?
I didn't know there wasn't a standard for 380 +p when I filmed this
There might be a +P in the future. They're just covering their ass now!
Thank you brother! I've been considering purchasing the Bodyguard. I'm going to watch your range time with this pistol. God bless! Be safe!
🤙🪖👮🙏🇺🇲
I don't think I've ever fired a single round of 380, and I've been into this hobby for over a decade. I had no idea there was such a thing as 380+p. But if I were going to carry a 380, this is tough to beat.
+p 380 is not a SAAMI sanctioned standard load, meaning, it's over the standard pressure of 21,500 psi but there is no accepted range of pressure the ammo and gun makers have to follow :)
@harrycallahan9733 yes, I learned that after I filmed this
I had to send mine back to S&W.
Many channels are commercials. This is what happened to gun magazines & gun writers. Some of this is pure economic survival.
Teya's in the range review
After watching your video, I checked my S&W BG 2.0 barrel chamber as you do in this video and your other videos. My barrel has full chamber support with two different ammo brands and two different bullet types. Both also spin freely in the chamber.
I appreciate your honest unbiased reviews.. I really don’t see myself getting rid of my Ruger Max
But .. Id like to see a shooting comparison between the BG 2 , LCP MAX & SCCY CXP-3
Honestly I think the CPX-3 will run away with it🤣🤣🤣
My recoil spring would no go in, so trip to FFL gunsmith had great difficulty getting back in to reassemble. Smith is sending me another recoil spring, hope it work.
Interesting video look forward to the range review.
That barrel chamber will be interesting 🤔
Have a great weekend 😎🙏
You’re the first reviewer to notice something I did about the safety dingus. Mine feels like it’s wider than the safety itself. I can’t figure out the advantage to having such a wide safety on the trigger.
I think maybe it's an inertial safety only, against a dropped gun.
Best pocket gun I have ever owned.
8:28 my frame is marked "SPFLD, MA" down where the recoil assembly resides.
I got bad slide bites from shooting the BG 2.0 though. It sucks. Pistol makes you want to hold it as high as possible.
Great first look, thanks for that. I'd been wondering about that trigger dingus; it does not seem to be at all a good design.
I came into the gun not sure what to think as I wasn't satisfied by any of the influencer reviews out there.
There are several .380 loads that preform within even FBI standards now, .380 has come a long way and is definitely not nearly as poor preforming as people think it is.
Thank you patrons!
Thank you patreons
The greatest new carry gun of 2024.
What specifically did you not agree with in the contract terms? Thanks for the review.
There were restrictions on what could be said. Effectively, you had to agree to make a positive review.
Interested in seeing if it runs at the range. That barrel is kinda weird
I contacted Apex Tactical about if they'll be making a trigger kit for it and their reply was that they don't have an ETA on that model.
Interesting, I occasionally pocket carry (with a proper kydex holster) when belts or clothing prohibit carrying on the waist. This is definitely intriguing in theory
I cant get the recoil spring back in the gun, feels like its jammed or something idk… 🤦🏻 wat tf do i do?
Watched the first shots too.🫡👍👍
Excellent review!
You did not read the manual fully did you? You do not have to pull the trigger in disassembly! Whilst the slide is locked back push ejector down with a pencil or whatever then release the slide and it comes right off,
On reassembly insert slide on frame lock back put takedown lever back to horizontal position insert a magazine or push up the ejector with pencil and done
Btw 550 rds through mine with zero issues! Love it!
I used the tool less method bevause I check that firearms are clear before disassembling
Cute...
Thank you patreons!
Need this in 22
That's why my trigger goes into super light mode, where it feels like 2lb trigger pull. I was staging it. Thanks from the people who didn't fully read their manual.
What are you talking about?
Thanks again, Patreon members!
Great job thank you so much
If you get one with a safety i hope you have strong thumbs i couldn't budge it so yeah that sucks
If it's anything like the Shield Plus, it should wear in after cycling it off and on a bunch.
Gotta work it….mine is good 👍
My safety works just fine as well
Work it man work it! It’s fine!
It will get easier.
No stickers?? damn
There are stickers
@albundy06 I don't cover the industry, I cover the products. One of the talking head channels can maybe do a dramatic video on it for you
@@GBGuns This is going to go anywhere.
Things are the way they are in this space because of the shills and people like you.

Revisit the CZ P-10 C
Amazing pistol at a crazy great price three hundred and turdy frogskins
Has parked 15 Semi-auto carry pistols in the safe !!
CZ USA does not want to be on the channel.
Could it be another reason I'm happy I have small hands. S&W and CZ like me ha!
Спасибо за прекрасный обзор.
The manual has directions on how to field strip without the need to pull the trigger.
Correct, but requiring tools
@@GBGuns Eh, I dunno man, I can push the ejector down with my pinky finger pretty easily.
Lol about those mag sleeves i epoxy mine in place on all my m&p's
I have one and am super happy with it so far. Even with the 10rd, I can get a good grip thanks to that undercut. My only gripe is the texture on the mag release and take down level is a little too aggressive.
says Maryville Tenn on slide
Modern Ammo is good enough to get the Job done without stressing the gun out
Please direct me to your range report - thank you.
It's a pocket gun to simply get an attacker off you, not a duty weapon. If you want all that then get a bigger weapon.
It's a drop safety, not a trigger safety.
This…
That's a great defense, but why not make it also a trigger safety?
😊😊👍🏼👍🏼
That's not how the manual says to field strip it.
Where was your range footage? You kept saying it, bad video won’t watch yours again
Bodygiard ehehehe
my test was perfectly fine where the bullet would seat well and be able to freely turn so not sure what is up with your example here.... best lil gun I've ever had!
You got lucky then its sad S and W does such crappy work.
Thank you patrons 🫡🇺🇲💪
I'm very interested
Thank you, Patrons. Not cool, S&W 🫤
You’re the first reviewer to notice something I did about the safety dingus. Mine feels like it’s wider than the trigger itself. I can’t figure out the advantage to having such a wide safety on the trigger.
