- Few people make cheese like this! You will make this cheese every day! Only 3 ingredients available. Delight your family with homemade cheese. This cheese recipe is very easy and quick to prepare. And it turns out very tasty! This soft cheese is perfect for breakfast on a sandwich or salad.
Ingredients:
2 liters of milk
1 tsp salt
juice of 1 lemon
spinach
4-5 tbsp olives
50 g (4 tbsp) butter
1 tsp salt optional
1-2 tbsp olive oil
pepper

In India ,this cheese is called Paneer. We quickly remove cheese once milk is split.
Lemon juice has to be in quantity or else paneer will end up becoming too sour. But we don't blend that paneer. We chop it in quebes and use it like vegetable pieces
This is more like cream cheese.
