VC is not the same anymore! I bought a LV scarf, but alerted customer service that I thought it was fake. The day I received it, I had no doubts, but took it to LV here. A fake! I told VC to have a look at the seller's profile, because he was selling fakes and that he should be banned. Nope, they did not ban him! So, unfortunately, it is very different from the beginning!

I believe sellers get badges based on sales and other criteria (eg shipping speed, description accuracy) in the last x months. So if they’ve sold many items but no badge, my guess would be that they haven’t sold enough in recent months to get a badge. Personally I dipped my toe on the website by buying from professional sellers, so if something is not right, I could return it. Vestiaire also checks the items but as you saw in the video they do miss stuff (though they’ve solved it for me).
Just buy directly from the brands. Those middle-man plateform are plagged with fakes. Not their fault but authentication is a very difficult activity.
How can one (including an employee with Vestiaire) confuse a Hermes 25 Sellier Kelly with a 28 Sellier Kelly?

Does nobody at VC check the offers? If the measurements from the title are different from the listing, I consider this fraud.
They do check it, but somehow they didn’t catch the discrepancy in my case. Not sure I’d call it fraud, but it’s confusing for sure!
