The only thing I expect from 6 weeks of training is a bad haircut. Cops are some of the dumbest people.
Hiring dumb people and diversity hires guarantee that our rights are under attack. It truly is that simple.
My state just implemented double training hours required. So, will they only be 1/2 as dumb with an extra 1.5-2 months. I doubt it 😕. Unbelievable any other licensed employment minimum is 12-24 months ex: trade school certs. Hairstylist/barbers, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, diesel mechanic...
Low to average IQ is a requirement because dumb are better order followers
And two weeks later it will be better 😀
@@MHB0210in my state you have to go through 4 years of an apprentice program and work for a licensed contractor for 5 years after the apprentice program before you can be a licensed contractor.

Passengers should always keep their windows up, doors locked and mouths CLOSED. PERIOD. Let the driver handle everything, including asking what CRIME is being suspected for them or the passengers.

Penn v Mims only applies if the officer reasonably suspects the driver or passenger is ARMED! Otherwise, they can't legally remove someone from a car. FYI

Aren't you the one that went over Pennsylvania vs. mims? The only lawful reason to pull someone from a car is if they can articulate some kind of danger they can see, for example, a bulg in his pants.

Mimms say that the officer HAS to have an objective reason to believe that the passenger is ARMED AND DANGEROUS. Get your shit together. Lawsuit only IF the victim can find a lawyer to take on the case.
You may very well be correct on Mimms, however, case law in lower courts shows they're recognizing pulling people out of the car without objective reasoning. Fighting that would be a very expensive long drawn out battle, and like you said, IF you can find a lawyer to take it up. It's best at this point to just recognize Mimms and get out of the car, get them on something else, and protect yourself.

Ok Don't get me wrong - HUGE AUDITOR FAN HERE - not a bootlicker - but I watch the Civil Rights Attorney's channel & Audit the Audit both go through the law & I have learned through those channels that cops do have the right to pull passengers out of the vehicle, pat them down, & ID them. All they have to say is they were worried about them being armed. It's sickening I know but it's true. It should be illegal for cops to do that but it isn't. Our Constitutional Rights are somehow ignored during traffic stops. I don't like it. We the People need to put a stop to cops taking advantage of us during traffic stops. I know a guy he knows his rights he grabbed some cash out of his wallet walk down to the nearest 7-Eleven got beer walking home the cops pulled up said they got a call how about a man walking in the roadway they want his ID he started laughing they want his name he said no they said we'll put you in cuffs to bring you down to the station and find out who you are you bet you're qualified Immunity on that so they cuffed him brought him down to the station he wouldn't let him take his fingerprints they threatened to hit his hand with their nightclub and then the lieutenant walked in and the man says tell these idiots when you detain someone to find out who they are what is that turned into and he said it turns into a false arrest the man sued and he won and the cops have to learn constitutional rights😂

Yes there might be 6 weeks of training, but here is the truth. Only two whole weeks are spent on legal's, 1 week for state laws and 1 week for federal laws.

Anyone wondering the town attorney thinks you should know the full story and is very rude. You can find his contact info on cities website and ask him your self why he thinks passengers should show ID even though the courts have upheld they don’t have to.
