7 COPS TRY TO ARREST ME FOR FILMING!

  • Last year, the Springfield Police Department in Springfield, Massachusetts, had 63 complaints lodged against them! This was a record-setting number, which resulted in many officers being disciplined! Consequences ranged from 5 days unpaid leave, all the way up to termination! We went to City Hall to do some records requests and found out exactly why so many complaints have been filed. 7 cops tried to arrest me for filming inside City Hall! I feel like many more complaints are to come. I filled out mine online!

No, immunity has been turned into a mechanism for flagrant government corruption. But it was designed to prevent lawsuits from the Civil Rights Movement while the “good ol’ boys” in the south were murdering and killing. Rather than stop lynchings and racist, violent public servants who participated in those events, SCOTUS made up immunity on the spot. Part of the reason it’s not challenged by the states/Executive/Legislative, is that the court gave some form of “immunity” to all branches of government.
