One thing I noticed is that she had all papers in her hand at first. Then when she decided she would hit him she picked up a heavier folder to hit him IN THE FACE TILL IT DREW BLOOD. Then they only charged her with disorderly conduct. Picture it- if you had hit her with anything he would have been arrested and cuffed and charged with assault. But because Karen gets away with hitting a member of the public with a heavier folder that shows what they think of the public they are supposed to serve. Ridiculous!

"Charged" is NOT "Convicted", so the corrupt prosecutor will simply drop the charges when no one's looking. This is also a civil violation, so you could really crimp your assailant's style by filing a civil lawsuit and dragging her ass into depositions and court hearings/trial. Of course, that's very costly, but it'd be greatness to see this woman forced to face the music.

Nah, prosecutors don't like messing up their conviction rate. Instead, she'll most likely get a pre-adjudication diversion with having to attend anger management classes along with a small fine, then will have the charges dismissed for following prosecution conditions. That's what they do to regular citizens as it is anyway, and it's no sweat off their brow to make her do the same.
