I've watched a lot of three videos. That cop is a cool cucumber. Totally unfazed by this guy going on with rights violations. Just looking around the car for evidence of criminal activity. Fascinating because cops usually get riled up when suspects resist an investigation. What state is this? Local PD or state police?
