- Lex was at the Lebanon Municipal Court in Lebanon, Oregon. The judge presiding over his case called two Lebanon Police officers. The cops went hands-on, stole his evidence, refused to give it back, threatened to destroy it, then enlisted the clerk to deny him any more evidence that could assist him in court. They finished by literally throwing him out of the building.

Yes, getting rid of qualified immunity and holding these officers personally accountable is the only real fix. They will stop this blatant violation of rights when they personally have to make restitution payments.

Obstruction of judicial proceedings. 😕 Or something similar, the language in the laws changes. Preventing the presentation of evidence in court is something that a court, really any court has to take extremely seriously. The judicial review board should have the judges and officers in for a hearing.
Actually the bar association should have a say in this.

I live in Eugene and cops are like this in Oregon everywhere. It's bad, talk about a police state, not only is it that bad with Police but fire fighters and all public officials like that clerk in Oregon. I think once a month I have to stand on rights in this state against public officials. My latest was my shed on my property that was to close the interior setup, but every neighbor was in violation according to the inspector, but he ignored them, and told me I am the only one who has to move my shed even though everyone around me is in violation. Oregon and the public officials suck.

You don’t get it, corruption has become our country’s normal business model. I’m sure you could find something that would rise to a federal crime where you live. Try to report whatever it is and see if any help comes. I personally tried to report crimes to the FBI, CO BI, being committed by the Department of Veterans Affairs/University of Colorado Health; insurance fraud, deprivation of rights, conflicts of interests, defrauding the U.S. government, etc. They have NO INTEREST in protection of the public anymore, the mask if off. Now they’re staring us in the face to see if we have the balls to stand up. Personally, I have a video on here of me cursing out one of the incompetent/corrupt doctors in front of the Federal Police and me telling them to “calm down.”

The people need to understand that 99% of courtrooms and judges are operating under statute laws which in most cases are violating your rights and are unconstitutional! When you go to court, bring up Title 18, Sec 242. Deprivation of rights under the color of law! They will have to dismiss all charges or risk being sued and losing their jobs!

Quite often I see people leaving comments that qualified immunity should be abolished. Seldom do I hear or see anyone advocating for the abolishment of judicial immunity . Both should be abolished along with civil asset forfeiture. All three need to go!

How many videos can be made about these issues? How many times must the government be sued? And why do the citizens have to pay for the incompetence of the employees? If I were in his shoes I am not sure if I would be able to contain myself without pushing them back. Why is OK for them to use unjustified force? Why can we not defend ourselves?
That's how gov is and set up. And alot of things could get cleaned up if people payed more attention and actually went out there and gathered and put out their grivences but it won't happen.
Outstanding lawsuit. Instead of paying the court they're going to be paying him exponentially. In addition these officials need to be relieved of duty and never allowed to serve the public again. This is a prime example of why officers should be required to have at minimum a BS degree with a focus in constitutional law before being hired as an officer. The judge in this case will claim absolute immunity and the officers will claim qualified immunity which will probably be granted by this judge. All should lose their immunity and all should be held accountable civilly and criminally. The officers should also be charged with evidence tampering. In what world do these officers believe they have the authority to determine that if you don't tell them your business then you don't have any business. The level of ignorance and stupidity is astounding. This is the only profession in America that allows a completely uneducated, illiterate person is allowed to enforce the laws that they have absolute zero understanding of. I need to start traveling to help people whose rights are being trampled by tyrants like these.
