- Adam was riding his bike when he was stopped by Officer Price of the Lehighton Police Department in Lehighton, Pennsylvania! Adam refused to give his ID! Then the Chief showed up and spanked this cop back to reality!

They're trained to break people's rights and then play dumb when they get any pushback.

It wasn't a MISTAKE, he acted exactly how the academy trained him to act
And we the people have to pay for that stupidity, any officer who can't do better then this officer should be returned to the academy for further education!

Which brings me to one question: wasn't he riding the wrong way in the bike lane? I saw an arrow pointing opposite the direction of his bike and cop cars.

The cop is a rookie. You can tell just by the way he cowards back in his car, afraid to get out and approach a citizen.
He’s new; but he has had training. The police usually don’t give you your own car without 3-6 months with a training officer.

Everyone should take photo of their license with their phones and start leaving their actual license at home. This way when the police illegally search someone they will not find their ID in their wallet. And always invoke your 4th, 6th, and 5th rights
They don't care about anything except checking for warrants, which they can still do with your name and dob.

@@nettakay2116right, but often the only way they can obtain that information is by illegally taking someone’s wallet out of their pocket. with a picture on your phone, they have to be able to open the phone. which means they have to formally seize it and bring it into evidence and have forensics unlock it. which leaves a paper trail that the officers do not want on the records
Theses videos should all be sent to the city's insurance. They may get dropped or have their $ go up for officer stupidity.
It doesn't matter if you are on a bicycle, or twiddling your fingers walking down the street. They would still stop you for something.

Neither cop has any respect or regard for the citizen. The rookie is out testing his bad training and got caught being stupid. The chief is perplexed by not being able to support the stupid rookie, so he makes the rookie copsplain his actions. The third and four cops on scene are there to back up and support the stupid rookie and show him how he should act when they need support for also being stupid.
This day in age the cops they hire is incredibly dangerous.

Police seem to still be violating many peoples rights. Its the people who dont know their rights. If this man didn't verbally fight for his rights, he may have been arrested and cited. This is what needs to change.
Most sheeple don’t know their rights. Sheeple are conformist’s, they will believe whatever they’re fed via the mainstream sheep feed. Police DEFINATELY do not know what our rights are, nor do they care to. Their first and foremost directive is to uphold our rights, not to enforce laws that are unconstitutional to begin with! And upholding our rights first actually strips away a lot of that PERCIEVED authority.

That's Pennsylvania. I was born and raised here and the cops love to pull over bicycles. Must make them feel powerful. They put signs up saying no bikes or skateboards on the sidewalk and pull you over if you ride on the road. Unless you're in the city with all the yuppies and their bike lanes. I got pulled over by a county sheriff once on a bike in rural West Virginia and was told if someone hit me they’d charge me criminally if I survived even if they ran me down on purpose.

Keep this video in mind and the response for a law, abiding bike rider when your local police are telling you, they are short staffed, need a budget increase and don’t have the time or resources to figure out all those unsolved crimes

Damn. There aren't 3 or 4 cops over a man on a bike, there are 3 or 4 cops for a man that refused to comply with an unlawful order. American citizens simply comply on a regular basis, which is why he asks, why can't you just cooperate? Sickening what a cowardly country we've become.
So a cop commits a few federal felonies, but it's all OK because his boss corrected him? I guess that means that I can rob a bunch of banks at gunpoint, then ask my boss to give me a tongue lashing, and then I can't be prosecuted - all my criminal behavior disappears once my boss tells me I did a bad thing. So happy to hear this! My financial security is assured.

The key mistake that Chiefs across the country make is 'standing behind' their officers no matter how grievous the mistakes made by those officers. This approach destroys the credibility of the entire department. Being honest about mistakes and taking real measures to correct them is the ONLY thing that departments can do to establish and restore confidence in the local PD.
