These look amazing. They sort of resemble pie versions of quesadillas. I can see really playing that up for presenting to guests. Maybe arranging them in a circle and placing a bowl of whipped cream in the middle for dipping--like one might have some guacamole or salsa, if these were savory chips.
I would love to go to an Anna School...I need to learn the different doughs and different flours. I bet there are many of us who would be glad to pay for attending a class or two, tweaking our baking skills...I love baking but I sit here in awe of all ur knowledge and skill...I know the secret to good baking is plain old hard work and practice...and I do...thank u for the recipes and lessons...let me know if u would like a jar of my home made vanilla? It’s so yummy!m
Love your recipes . Want to try this recipe it looks so good but i am an able to find fresh or frozen cranberries in Australia can i use dry cranberries. Thank you and i hope you have a safe summer holidays
In the ingredients section the berries are measure in mililiters, and I think that is a mistake unless is a liquid ingredient, you should measure it in grams. P. S.: beautiful recipe 👍😊💜

I have tried twice but it was very hard to assemble, because the dough was too soft to handle. Next time I am going to use just one egg york.
