How long/minutes should you oven preheat if u dont have that function please?

You certainly use larger liners (like the tulip paper cups) and your yield would be more like 8 instead of 12. Plan on adding 8+ minutes to your cook time (but same oven temperature).
I make a savoury version (no sugar) with grated cheddar and sweet corn added to the batter, and a tspn of balsamic onion jam in place of the raspberry.

Sure thing - every country labels their milk differently. Full cream (whole milk, 3.25% or simmilar) or partly skimmed (light milk) will all work. What we call skim milk (non-fat) is the least ideal.
