    Looks and sounds so good. I find that good bread should also sound good. (At least with sourdoughs, baguettes, focaccias...)

    I'm curious why a couple restaurants in my area have tried to pass off pizza crust(the size of a medium pizza, just baked dough) with no toppings, just some seasonings, as focaccia bread when everyone makes focaccia bread like in the video. Smh It's so frustrating. They could just call it a flatbread but no...😒

    Hi Anna , love all your recipes.. is the written recipe 3/4 tsp instant yeast ?or *1/4 tsp instant yeast, I have all your books & just ordered Baking Day, I saw you at Abbotsford yrs ago with your book in hand but too star struck yo ask you to sign it🤣😂 you’ve inspired me for yrs . Thx

    Hi Anna, you mentioned 1/4 tsp in yeast, but your written recipe said 3/4 tsp. When in doubt I follow the written recipe, but could you clarify which it is? Thank you! I'll be making this with a Lebanese twist ✨

      I suspect it’s a quarter. More in line with most no knead bread. Wait for Anna to answer. 😊

      I used 3/4 teaspoon...too poofy... so stick with video and use 1/4 teaspoon yeast🤓

    OK... so I used the written recipe of 3/4 teaspoon of yeast (wasn't paying attention)...don't do this!!! Use 1/4 as mentioned in video. It's huge poofy coming out of fridge but my husband is optimistic that it'll taste great❤ Going in the oven soon...

      I accidentally used 3/4 teaspoon of yeast...too poofy... use 1/4 as mentioned in video

    The written recipe doesn’t agree with your video. There is the yeast question which I believe is 1/4 not 3/4. Also the written recipe says remove the finished product with the parchment. What parchment?

    Wow…that’s really involved, although I’m sure it’s delicious. My mom, Italian, born and raised, made delicious focaccia but it was much simpler than this.
