I know this is a late reply but if you still don't know, the 60$ is the barebone one which has no keycaps or switches included, for the 80 dollars you are specifying is the full prebuilt board with keycaps and switches, hope this helped even though I'm 10 months late.

Is there a difference in color? The specification says vintage white. Is there any color difference with regular white keycaps?
I believe I have the vintage white. It matches the white keycaps I have well but there are a lot of different whites so I won't be able to verify.
Which has better quality and more solid the akko 5075s or tom680 ?
I wish I could say but I haven't had the chance to try the tom680 yet. The 5075S is sturdy though despite being made from plastic.
