You can even just use Outrage Garchomp with at least 4 EVS in speed and her Garchomp becomes a joke, pivot with a Gyardos and somebody who can take Giga Impact and Dragon Rush. It's not that deep dude.
She is, by far, the strongest champion in Pokemon period! Even in my Platinum version I had a hard time beating her even WITH Giratina in my team! She's THAT strong!

@@kevinguan8499 wrong. Mega gardevoir is a fearsome wallbreaker due to it's speed, 165 special attack and pixilate. Regular garchomp is preferred over it's mega, because for one it's faster, and rough skin is more valuable than sand force. Not having the ability to hold an item due to the requirement of a mega stone is also a problem for garchomp. Overall, mega lucario would be a much better mega than mega garchomp on her team, because not only is it faster, it hits harder with its adaptability boosted attacks.
I would love to see a video on either Steven or Leon, them along with Cynthia and Red are no doubt the strongest NPC/Anime trainers in the Pokemon universe. Yes i stan Steven. The man is a gentleman and very charming.

She has a togekiss and a roserade the only reason you can obtain a Togepi is cause she gives one to you plus have both mean she found 2 shiny stones And she has a spiritomb meaning she talks to people and as someone with social anxiety that's scary also you can also only get riolu from the egg given by Riley so her entire team is rare enough
Domt forget Garchomp is hard to level up... Especially in gible state is so weakk... Gabite is Okay... But late growth make yu to grind more... If u read her story, she grew roserade from BUDEW, one of the weakest pokemon... U can said all her pokemom is rare, hard to leveling up, need grind so hard, and weak in first form... (Shellos, budew, togepi, gible, feebas, and riolu)

If you have the patience you should try to get a Milotic. In my most recent playthrough, I managed to find a Feebas in one hour. In Platinum, it’s very easy to evolve Feebas. Just buy Poffins from the Veilstone department store. Milotic is awesome to use in Sinnoh. I think it might be the best water type in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum

Leaving Garchomp to use Dragon Rush, a 75% acc, or Giga Impact, which has a loafing turn. Not only that Gyardos has waayyy better defense stat and guess what, INTIMIDATE HELPS HIM SURVIVE. So no, Vaperoen is no way better, frailer, slower, and much less resistance. Sure, Ice Beam will deal more damage due to 4x, but does it matter if you get 1 shotted with a stab Earthquake?
Cynthia is by far the best champion in the series. Not only because she’s a tough fight but because she literally teaches the player how to be better trainer. Steven and Lance are a very close second but Cynthia just feel more memorable to fight against.

I hope and pray that she is still somewhat of a challenge in the remakes, I know that we know have fairy types, but maybe they could give her Garchomp iron head, or ( if Mega’s do return) give her a couple of Mega’s, like she could mega evolve her Garchomp and her Lucario, and depending on how that battle goes that’s what one she’s mega evolves. They could also give her Pokemon items, and maybe they could increase her Pokemon’s level, kinda like how in Red and Blue, Blue’s team was much higher level then the level that your Pokemon were at. I just want her to be somewhat of a challenge, because that’s what she’s known for, the kids of today need to go through what we went through, I mean when was the last time you saved before you went into a champion or elite four battle, because you knew there was a chance you’d lose.
cynthia is iconic in animie and in game she has a very unique team with vast move pool and all of her poemon are diffrent types she got both spl and physical attack stats that can be very tough to deal with

A total nightmare. Her team are so fast and quite bulky to deal with especially when she replaced her Gastrodon with another bulky pokémon, Togekiss, in Platinum.
Black 2 was my first game and I found her before I had learned anything about the past games I remember not taking her seriously until the garchomp almost 1 man armied my whole team and then learning she was a champion

But Steven was easier because of blaziken and iris was easier if you used the swords of justice in black 2 white 2... I mean the best thing about cynthia is forever the element of suprise.... Like you feel elite Four is normal but then a very well made teams hard... Also weavile is the only hard counter for gen 4 garchomp other than garchomp...

Yes weavile is a really hard counter to her team. Garchomp in his debut generation was the strongest pseudo argueably but still salamence was not far behind and we both know who has the stronger mega. After recieving multiscale dragonite could easily do one swords dance if the opponent was not ice type. It could even carry roost. So you cant change my mind that in a face to face battle dragonite will almost never lose to a garchomp. And many dragon types have less weakness than many other pokemon and every pseudo( dragon type ) had 2 weaknesses untill gen 6 so there is nothing special about garchomp there too. I am not saying it is a bad pokemon. It is pretty good actually. But in ou it is outshined by landorus therian.

I remember the time Cynthia keeps killing my team over and over again in Platinum. I did eventually defeat her but it was just so stressful. Defeating her is such an achievement. A couple of months later, she beat my ass again multiple times in Pokemon Black

I have a very fond memory of my Lucario, who was a level or 2 lower than Cynthia's team, drop down to red when Garchomp took a whack at him. He then proceeded to go ducking ham with Close Combat. Finished off Garchop and proceeded to one shoot two other pokemon until her grass pokemon finally took him down.
Iris challenge mode is crazy with three dragons that hit like a 🚂🚋🚃🚋🚃🚋🚃 .... I mean hydriegon haxorus and salamence.... Also a supporting lapras and aggron...

If we're talking about her anime counterpart, if I had to power scale her today, I would say she's considerably above Ash, but considerably below Leon. Not that big of a difference, but just enough.
To be fair, we haven’t really seen Leon fight that often so we can’t really confirm that he stronger than Cynthia. Besides he had somewhat of a hard time fighting Lance’s Gyarados which isn’t his strongest Pokémon.

I hope and pray that she is still somewhat of a challenge in the remakes, I know that we know have fairy types, but maybe they could give her Garchomp iron head, or ( if Mega’s do return) give her a couple of Mega’s, like she could mega evolve her Garchomp and her Lucario, and depending on how that battle goes that’s what one she’s mega evolves. They could also give her Pokemon items, and maybe they could increase her Pokemon’s level, kinda like how in Red and Blue, Blue’s team was much higher level then the level that your Pokemon were at. I just want her to be somewhat of a challenge, because that’s what she’s known for, the kids of today need to go through what we went through, I mean when was the last time you saved before you went into a champion or elite four battle, because you knew there was a chance you’d lose.
cynthia is iconic in animie and in game she has a very unique team with vast move pool and all of her poemon are diffrent types she got both spl and physical attack stats that can be very tough to deal with
Imagine if they bring back megas for the remakes. And Cynthia either has a mega lucario or *garchomp*

Also weavile is the only hard counter for gen 4 garchomp other than garchomp...
@@speeddemon2901 For me red was by far the strongest. I swept iris and cynthia's team with a sygilyph and weavile so they are weak in my opinion still cynthia has a good team. Yes weavile is a really hard counter to her team. Garchomp in his debut generation was the strongest pseudo argueably but still salamence was not far behind and we both know who has the stronger mega. After recieving multiscale dragonite could easily do one swords dance if the opponent was not ice type. It could even carry roost. So you cant change my mind that in a face to face battle dragonite will almost never lose to a garchomp. And many dragon types have less weakness than many other pokemon and every pseudo( dragon type ) had 2 weaknesses untill gen 6 so there is nothing special about garchomp there too. I am not saying it is a bad pokemon. It is pretty good actually. But in ou it is outshined by landorus therian.

she was a wonderful kind hearted champion with garchomp and glaceon as a close friend to ash and the gang as they met meloetta due to the junior cup in unova.
I remember the time Cynthia keeps killing my team over and over again in Platinum. I did eventually defeat her but it was just so stressful. Defeating her is such an achievement. A couple of months later, she beat my ass again multiple times in Pokemon Black

I have a very fond memory of my Lucario, who was a level or 2 lower than Cynthia's team, drop down to red when Garchomp took a whack at him.
He then proceeded to go ducking ham with Close Combat. Finished off Garchop and proceeded to one shoot two other pokemon until her grass pokemon finally took him down.
That is why i always have a Weavile in my team to take care of that Garchomp! Ice punch+Icicle plate= Bye bye Garchomp

Just beat her in Pokemon White. Man her spiritomb and Garchomp are my fears not anything else. Spiritomb is a staller and Garchomp is true as an ace.
Cynthia will always be my favorite Pokemon champion and she knows how to take down the villainous Team Galactic in her own region Sinnoh.

If we're talking about her anime counterpart, if I had to power scale her today, I would say she's considerably above Ash, but considerably below Leon. Not that big of a difference, but just enough.
To be fair, we haven’t really seen Leon fight that often so we can’t really confirm that he stronger than Cynthia. Besides he had somewhat of a hard time fighting Lance’s Gyarados which isn’t his strongest Pokémon.
