My electric motorcycle, 1000 watt wheels, lithium ion battery, 62.9 volts, 20 amps. I want to increase the speed to 80-90 km. Where do I need to adjust the settings? Currently, it can run 75 km.
Can you make a screen recording like this, first showing the slow scroll through all the settings top to bottom, then switching to “graph” and do a 0 to top speed run on your bike on the road (not with wheel off the ground). Make it over 1 minute long (so it’s not a short) and upload it “not for kids” so I can comment. Once you have the video just come back and say you posted the video.

Yes, mine is a hub motor and has 20 pole pairs. I also have field weakening turned off by setting WeakResponse to 7-none, because my motor is high KV and goes 70 kph without field weakening. Since I have field weakening off I have all ratios in speeds set high. But if you have WeakResponse anything other than 7 you need to limit RPM using the ratios in speeds. My PID is set for my motor’s best response.
@0:04 you see my throttle low and high voltage settings. This is set based on: @0:50 you see the low throttle signal from the throttle is 0.82v @0:57 you see the maximum throttle signal is 4.17v The throttle signal is something you have no control over. It’s built into the throttle. So to match the controller to your throttle you must see what your minimum and maximum throttle signal are and set the controller accordingly. Low throttle should be about 0.1v higher than the minimum throttle voltage. 0.2v higher on sloppy throttle. 0.3v higher if the throttle belongs in the garage can. Lol. The problem with setting it too low is the controller safety won’t allow the controller to run the motor of the minimum signal is higher than this setting. High throttle voltage should be set equal to the highest throttle signal. If the throttle signal goes 0.6v higher, the controller thinks you have a short and will stop the motor.
0:50 the reason the video should NOT be a short is because timestamps not supported and it’s important to use to point out something more clearly.

@@imho7250 I'll try doing it.
Thanks you

@@changmumufc9286, your AN should be 0 not 16 because you have surface mounted magnets.
