    Ive never seen fresh filo like this wow! So different to the dry papery sheets we get at the supermarket in the UK! Delicious custard filling too.
    I wish I could climb inside my phone and taste it!!!😋

      Try and put melted butter with a little water on individual sheets. Best to use a kitchenbrush. You need to be quick after you have moistenend the filo.

    Instead of semolina flour can you use farina?

      I think it will come out like pastry cream,which is ok I guess.You will have to use egg yolks.
