I would say there are a few others that can compete. Rihanna, Blake Lively, and Lady Gaga being the first to come to mind. Fan Bing Bing is also pretty great. Perhaps Cardi B as well but she’s only been around for a few years. Margo Robbie the last year or two has been doing fantastic as well. The list is fairly short though. Being at a level where you consistently have fantastic styling is hard to achieve but Zendaya continues to never disappoint.

She seems like a girlie who loves fashion and she's an industry baby (not nepo afaik) so she has cultivated a VERY good understanding of all her angles, features, color schemes etc from a very young age. She probably approached Roach because she already had a vision for herself that she could partially offload onto him.
