Hi Jira, thanks for your wonderful videos and your cute and professional personality as well. My observation and question is: In a significant number of videos I see of Thailand, as I have also seen and personally experienced in other places, such as Costa Rica, Panama, Nicaragua, Peru, Ecuador, it is often cloudy and overcast. Is it consistently overcast for much of the day where you are showing real estate? Or is that the case only during the rainy season? Is it also largely overcast even during the dryer season?
I certainly have not seen l all of your videos; I've seen a number of them and I noticed that it was overcast in a lot of your real estate videos. Is that due to the area your specifically showing real estate in or is that pretty much the case across Thailand?
Of course in the tourist promotional videos one one typically sees only sunny skies.
I'm from Colorado and the most of my life now in Florida, and both states where they have a lot of sunshine... Cheers and best wishes, Michael M
