I saw this villa on another channel, and I think it's my favorite of all the ones I've seen you show. The guest house is amazing, and the office is a very underrated feature. Home offices are super common in the west, but I've found they appear to be pretty rare in Thailand....even in the big houses.
Quite the property, well designed and lush with vegetation and spaces outside. I might suggest that while you are walking by windows when you are showing the inside of the home, take a few moments to point the camera outside so the viewers can get a sense of the views. For instance a woman would like to the view from the kitchen window as we know she will have her husband washing a lot of dishes in that sink and will the view be interesting and entertaining enough for him. 🤣

In addition, the wonderful spacious garden with calm islands. They offer a perfect place to relax and the pool is integrated harmoniously. Here the architect has done a really great job to create such a beautiful 1600 m² property. The interior also leaves nothing to be desired. It must have been an interior designer, you can see it in a bedroom by the many handbags, ... smile! Then we come to the price of only 14.9 million THB / €382,000 / $465,000. Just unbelievable.
