I appreciate that it is windy and the tide is high. However this property, albeit beautiful, is too close to sea level. It is a disaster waiting to happen and the maintenance cost would be unseasonable over time.

I stayed in that development two years ago. Nice and friendly staff ample parking. The pool was OK fitness room as well. What bothers me is to have a big studio put a glass door in between and call that one bedroom. It’s all the places not you, but that is a studio.

Great video Jira. That is a great location. I like Tira tiraa Condo, which is very close. Can you tell me if Tira tiraa has any pool access units for sale or rent? I'm also curious if there was any flood damage in those pool access condo's? I also like la Casita and maybe condochain close to market village 😊 Condochain might be a nice place to renovate ! What do you think ? I will be back in Hua Hin from Canada in 3 weeks. I love Hua Hin 😊

How much is the monthly cost?. I know it’s not a rental but I guess there is a monthly fee.

Would it be possible to get an empty condo like this? I don’t need a living room, I’d turn the living room into a large kitchen.

10 minute walk to beach is nice, but the view is not. There are stores between the condos and the street blocking views.

8,000 THB for pool and garden maintenance. This makes no sense? We pay about 1,500 THB a month for these services here in Chiang Mai. I guess the developers in Hua Hin have better gardeners….

So many new developments in Hua Hin are aiming for failure with absurd prices and many many design mistakes. Not to mention the town homes just behind in this project and the absurd 15.000 service charge. A stabilizer for the phone, or better yet, a wide angle professional camera for indoor shooting would help the presentation.
