Sneaky nice house for the money in US dollars. Very small living area, but overall it grows on you! Like the covered pool and security screens (big spiders!). Wonder what is happening with that government lot in back since it has trails and a clearing? Thanks, Jira! Keep up the great work!

These Green Mountain villas have an interesting floor plan that is uncommon in Thailand; the bedrooms and bathrooms have separation from the main living area. So many homes I've looked at have the open floor plan where all the rooms surround the main area.
