    This video needs to be shared with all those people who have a tendency to over-judge themselves.
    It's highly important that people don't judge themselves and break their own confidence, because that is also related to high agency.
    If you keep judging yourself for not taking the 1st step as Shreyas explained, then in the end you'll again judge yourself for not taking action. It's dead lock from both sides. So be calm, otherwise you end up hating yourself and after that no one can help you out in such a circumstance.
