Just watching all of Shreyas' videos is far better than any MBA program

I feel it's common practice in many orgs. Atleast in my prev and curr org same thing happens. Some says it's agile or call out with some other name.

Shreyas, nice video. What is your take about, whether EM and PM ahould report to the same manager? Is it a successful practice?

Isn't it similar to agile stand up?

Agile standups generally don't include managers 1 level up, at least not in my experience, and that's where the biggest misalignment happen, because leaders/managers have a different set of expectations from the folks doing the work. This suggestion tries to bridge the gap there in a focused manner.

I agree with @ShreyasDoshiVideos It's better to focus on having really good and impactful meetings with high quality and engagement with the right people at the right time. Quality over quantity always wins! 👍
