I am a PM who is a terrible listener. My brain keeps running and analysing during conversations. This is such a great actionable! Thanks 🙌🏻✨

Every video he post's, automatically goes into my liked videos list.

I love this video and tactic. Not only is it important for a PM, but in relationships outside of work life. On a side note, I find the forced captions to be quite distracting, especially in this video when I'm trying very hard to listen.

I loved this advice! Thanks for continuing to post, Shreyas.
I hope you'll consider writing a book someday-your wisdom is something I'd love to revisit in that medium.

This is a great perspective on listening, especially in my case now that I’m preparing for interviews. … doing just one thing at one time and giving it your 100% and listening deserves it the most😊

Can someone clarify what does it mean to spot the gaps between the words?

If I understand you correctly, then when someone is talking to me, I should resist the urge to think about what they are saying.
