A develop country should have respect for human rights, respect for divergent political opponents, should not imprison critics of those in power, should not assassinate or imprison political opponents, its leader must not be obsessed with power but smoothly pass it on without shedding blood. Its not true that africans can not develop without going through a Brutal dictatorial oppressive system. In this era, Rwanda needs some adjustments to make.
Rwanda is giving me some Thailand circa 2010 vibes where it's up and coming, getting clean, GDP increasing etc. Love being in countries when they're in this phase.

@@michaelreid8857 I went there 3 months ago from DC ...the long trem visa I know is 90 days, the east African visa u can travel kenya uganda n Rwanda with 1 visa. If u planing to stay there for years maybe u try to occur citizenship...good luck
