Great comment . But should add the hate is oneway (not "each other " as you say) . Congo trolls have the same recycled hate speech they took from the interahamwe playbook (1994) They don't know how harmful those are, They even don't realize it hinders the support they would have from other african countries if they could reign in their hate massage. A representative of the UN security council said a couple of days ago , he told that to President Felix to control hate speech among its people and punish the instigators . But let's wait and see .Not holding breath, Disenfranchised populations have been historically manipulated to find scapegoats to their chronic societal issues and leaders are the ones too gain from this as you can see in the case of Congo.

my country😋 thanks to Alaine She's nice, the other girl told you the place was called Makuza Plaza, actually the other building he mwant it belonged to PSF the organisers of the Made in Rwanda exhibition, the BK area belongs to a temporary event of rewarding the users (clients)of the Bank of Kigali to help them open their new businesses to support themselves, more like an empowerment project, have fun, dogs, pets are allowed tho they are seen mostly at evening when people are walking them, by the daytime I am afraid theydo not work so they stay home

Brother i can not say there’s a lack of jobs in Rwanda,there’s maybe a lack of experience from the youth,if you have his contact advise him to get on linked in,they are demand for personnel literally everyday and paid internships as well,I can tell his struggling to communicate and you were engaging him more,how would he manage to pass a simple interview 2nd what the gentlemen meant by exhibition,it’s more of women initiatives funded by government to offer free electric Bikes to women for transport use and work purposes,for instance delivery is a common now and the are trying to encourage women to get into these sectors and work for themselves,as for the gentleman the advise to him would be to perfect his English,get a driver’s license and work in tourism and put aside his desire for an office job atm,Rwanda heavily relies on tourism so he would make a living out of that as it’s clear that he is very extroverted.
Side note:Rwandans are very welcoming but shy at the same time and stare alot in curiosity when you pull out your camera but to no concern most would not even approach you or open up unless you do it first 😄

Shai school is very important. You could not be speaking English, reasoning objectively and not being an expert in particular areas without school. The answer is to focus on practicals and mentoring students to be self employed. Employers are few but they provide necessary skills and experience needed to start business
