STM did it with a stock block 4g63 like 10 years ago on a Evo. It ran mid 9s for 2 yrs never blew up they just decided to turn it up so they built the engine.

Brent at pfi speed has both jet and mustang dyno. He tested the difference between the two and there was only a few horsepower difference. Still 750hp is no slouch. Great work.

The stock head is really restrictive on the n54. Get a ported n53 head and you can make the same power with a lot less boost
