I've had discus bulging for the past 16 years and can comfort you in saying that 15 of those years have been mostly painless, although it will come back for a few months every now and then. 3 tips: 1 : go to a physical therapist not a chiropractor. The difference being is that the latter will force you in the correct position, whilst the first will mobilize your back allowing it to settle back into a pain free state. 2 : get an emg. It's a test to verify that your nerve hasn't been damaged yet. I once had a part of my foot paralyzed for a couple of months but with an emg they can already check it before you lose feeling. 3 : if it gets really bad, I get a cortisone injection in my spine. It is as gruesome as it sound, but cortisone is a strong anti inflammatory which will reduce the swelling around the nerve in a couple of days.

If you really want to heal your back go to a physio and an osteopath, don't waste your time with a chiropractor. Speaking from my own experience and experiences of other people with disc injuries 😅

I’ve had low back pain and bulging discs for years. After trying PT, cortisone injections, etc I have found that exercise has been the key for me. Sounds counterintuitive but squats and deadlifts have been life savers. Back still hurts but it’s manageable. So my advice - hit the gym. Good luck.
Got an cortisone injection to my back last tuesday. Lowers mainly swelling and reduces the pain. That made it possible to start working out the mid section which can eventually then fix the main problem. Before injection everything made the pain just worse.
He’s such a hard worker and a humble guy and what makes good company’s is good vibes, he welds good and does a lot and with other stuff about other stuff but awesome vid n and shout out to the workers
Probably wont see this but after having back issues i feel your pain, I am similar build to you and spent most my younger years bmx'ing like yourself and by the age of 24 i was dealing with severe back pain, it ended up being a bulging disc L3 or something, i spent a year with this going to the chiropractor weekly but ended up having key hole surgery where they shaved the disc, it had amazing results and now 7 years on i only ever get minor back ache during cold weather, i couldn't recommend it more and the recovery and pain wasn't bad considering. My symptoms were sciatica down my right leg to just above my ankle, I hope this gives you a slight insight into it and helps in some way, all my best and congrats on all your success! Crazy motivation with the amount you do!
After reading other responses regarding your back i would like to point out my chiropractors practices were not like a normal chiropractor who cracks you back into place, she used pressure points etc to relive inflammation for the attached ligaments etc to go back into place resulting in me being re-aligned and pain basically going for upto a week
The r34 is literally going to be beyond perfect in every sense of the word. All of the brand new parts. The color scheme. The engine build. The attention to detail. Johans total artistry with the fucking exhaust. Everything is beyond perfect. I've never said this about a car and I'm totally against letting a masterpiece sit on display collecting dust and not doing what it's made to do but I'm legit nervous for him to drive it lolol

Really hope your not like me... in my early thirties my back muscles went to shit causing unbelievable pain. Took a few yrs and several Dr's before other problems popped up and i was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. It has completely turned my life upside down! Now, rather then doing, all i can do is watch people like you do what i always loved and wanted to do!
Injectors can cause a misfire like that but even worse they can fry the mosfet’s in the DME so best bet is replace the injectors if it doesn’t fix the issue I’d pull the DME out and use a multimeter to check the mosfets for the injectors and if ones bad there’s your issue.
It's only dependent on ecu, the msd80 is known for it the 81 less likely. It's most definitely injectors. Also mixing coils can cause missfire or even dirty coil can cause sputtering and missfire.
DEFINETELY change the injectors. I currently have index 8 injectors on my 335i and i worry about them handling just a stage 2+ e30 tune. Index 12 injectors are highly recommened on street cars (let alone a single turbo setup), anything prior is prone to leaking. Its at least a head ache not to worry about
@@ahothi0411 Actually, the 180sx did come with an SR20 in 1991 after Nissan stopped production on the CA18. The 240sx didn't receive a SR20 from factory until the S14. So it's not at all "rare" to find a 180sx with a SR20, as they produced them for 3 years, as opposed to the 2 year run of 180sx' equipped with a CA18... Just as long as you're not from the US or Canada.

If you don’t have index 12 injectors already they’re a must. My car cleared up completely after installing fresh 12s, Eldor oem coil packs and step 1 colder plugs. Walnut blast, no boost leaks/lines and I’ve been solid
