I agree with preferring the more underground blackened thrash, Death Thrash. While i still respect and enjoy the big 4 level thrash, it's just to me they're talked about WAAAAAY too much. To the point they're becoming overrated. I think there's other better shit out there. Not just what the general mainstream population keeps dictating you should only and ALWAYS listen to. Reign in Blood and Master of Puppets, while a great albums no doubt, but they ain't the only greatest thrash albums of all time. Props on making a darker more evil sounding album as your number 1....BRAH BRAH! Stomping posers and tipping Canoes 🤘👹. Lol. Had to get some Justin Horval in there.
To me all first wave bm is just thrash metal with a darker edge, in my opinion anyway. Could say extreme metal but any genre can be extreme so I hate that term haha
You've missed out lots of proper thrash classics to include black thrash which isn't thrash, hence why its called black thrash. Shame I like your vids normally. You might as well have had Leprosy by Death in there too.
So by your logic you’re not allowed voivod or coroner or power trip or dri or any bands that blend genres. Which includes Kreator and Sodom and annihilator?
Are you kidding? Not only don't you know that Absu are Blackthrash, you believe it's spelled "trash"? Maybe a bit more careful with the headbanging and/or crystal meth.
Difficult to take you or your channel seriously after a shit list like that.

Kill Em All six and Rust In Peace thirteenth? Nah
If you think you're selling out by putting Kill Em All on the list, just remember one thing... 1983. They invented it.
You won't belive number 7
For better or worse I don't think of Morbid Tales as thrash even though I really love it
To me all first wave bm is just thrash metal with a darker edge, in my opinion anyway. Could say extreme metal but any genre can be extreme so I hate that term haha
Why don’t you call it My Top 20 Blackened Thrash Albums of All Time?
Kill Em All is blackened thrash?
@@WFly101 90 % of his picks are blackened thrash is all I’m saying. Relax.
...a list according to someone who clearly hasn't heard a lot of thrash.
The Sun of Tiphareth is amazing. Best thrash album though? lol no. Try Possessed 7 Churches.
If you dont have Hypnosia "Extreme Hatred" you are a nOOb 😈
RTL
You've missed out lots of proper thrash classics to include black thrash which isn't thrash, hence why its called black thrash. Shame I like your vids normally. You might as well have had Leprosy by Death in there too.
So by your logic you’re not allowed voivod or coroner or power trip or dri or any bands that blend genres. Which includes Kreator and Sodom and annihilator?
There's too many sub genres of thrash to seperate them really, like black thrash, technical, progressive, crossover etc
abzu trash metal?)
Yeah they are a blackened thrash band especially in the first 3 releases
Are you kidding? Not only don't you know that Absu are Blackthrash, you believe it's spelled "trash"? Maybe a bit more careful with the headbanging and/or crystal meth.
