    1 (400g) kohlrabi.
    2-3 tbsp (40g) butter.
    1 cup (250ml) coconut milk.
    1 red chili.

    1 tbsp tapioca starch +50ml water.
    chives.
    - Peel the skin of kohlrabi and cut into small cubes.
    - Sauté kohlrabi with butter for 2 minutes.
    - Add coconut milk, chili, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    - Cook with low heat for 5 minutes.
    - Add tapioca starch mixture.
    - Stir for few seconds.
