Ingredients:
1 (300g) kohlrabi / German turnip
2/ 200g (7 oz) potatoes
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
Oil for frying
350-400ml water
1 tsp stock powder
- cook for 20 minutes
Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
200ml water
1 tsp stock powder
200g sour cream
1 tsp salt
Pinch of nutmeg
Parsley
100g gouda cheese
- use rectangular baking dish
- Bake at 200°C (fan setting) for 25-30 minutes

Ja, denn SO nicht! Kohlrabi mit dem Sparschäler schneiden...und auch kein vernünftiges Messer am Start ?!😳 Bevor man RUclips Videos macht, sollte man erstmal ein Mindestmass an guten Küchenequipment anschaffen! Ein 'Koch' ist das definitiv NICHT! Da überkommt mich Frendschämen!
