    Ingredients:
    3/300g beetroot.
    2 / 200g carrots.
    2 cloves of garlic.
    50ml olive oil.
    1 tsp liquid honey.
    1/2 tsp curry powder.
    1 (peel only) organic orange/clementine.
    Salt.
    Black pepper.
    Sauce:
    Wild garlic.
    Garlic.
    lemon juice.
    Yogurt.
    Olive oil.
    Salt.
    Pumpkin seeds.
    Pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Peel the beetroot (it is best to wear disposable gloves), halve depending on size and cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Clean, wash and slice the carrots. Wash the orange in hot water and dry it, use the peel.
    Mix olive oil, honey, curry powder, salt and pepper. Peel the garlic and press it in. Toss in the orange peel. Mix in the beetroot and carrots. Spread the vegetables on the tray and cook in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
    Meanwhile, mix the yoghurt with wild garlic, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and pumpkin seeds and season with salt.
    To serve, remove the vegetables from the oven and distribute them on plates. Serve with the dip.

    Как резать морковь и свёклу имеют все что так долго показывать это
